Random ideas topic

I remember in another post that someone was talking about how zanpakuto is there super ego. After reading that I thought of something a little weird. Maybe it's just me, but if you made zangetsu cut his hair, shave a little, and gave him new diggs he might end up looking like isshin.
Here's a pick of each:


Again, it might be just me, but thoughts?

Actually, I think he looks like Shunsui with one helluva chip on his shoulder. No?

True. Add to the fact that he has incorperated another captain as a face to one aspect of his personaliy in the past(a.k.a. Zaraki), it's not that much of a stretch. Then again, you have to also take in account that he never met Shunsui before he met Zangetsu. On the flip side, Ichigo has been the exception to the rules before, why stop now?
On that note, if he were to incorperate each captain(active or otherwise)as a face to an aspect to his psych who whould be what?

Komamura is one thing, but Chad is near impossible. Chad established he fight for Ichigo. He doesn't fight for the guy who's on the opposite side as Ichigo. And Aizen is the only one of the three that would have a chance at convincing him.

If Aizen used Kyouka Suigetsu to convince Chad that Ichigo needed him to join them, he might. He would have to convince Chad that Ichigo needed to join them as well and that Aizen was the one who was really on Ichigo's side.

If and I mean if Aizen could do that, it could work. And it might even better for Chad in terms of his growth, since he's more hollow than anything in power. Who better to train him than the hollows and arrancar?

Ultimately, I think if Aizen knew beforehand about Ichigo, Chad and Orihime, he might have played to their personalities and convinced all three to join him. Maybe even Ishida.

All he'd have to do is convince him that he's a good Shinigami and that, he too, is trying to rescue Rukia, but SS wants to stop him. Convince him that SS put the orb in Rukia and they they need it to build an army to stop SS.

It'd be a major obstacle, but Aizen is damned good at that type of stuff; and Ichigo's party has legitimate reason to hate SS. And with Orihime's power -- being used willingly -- and Chad and Ichigo's power, he'd be unbeatable.

By Winter, Ichigo would definitely be a total powerhouse with full control of his vaizard/hollow powers as well as a much higher level mastery of Shinigami stuff. He'd probably be enough to stop anyone short of Yamamoto himself.

Not to mention if he knew of how Ichigo regained his Shinigami powers- which would lead to Ichigo to becoming a Vizard down the road, Aizen could mention he knows all this, and add in the facct the Vizards are high-level criminals, and Ichigo would probably be killed by SS.

After all, he was able to predict everything else Ichigo and Co. were going to do and plan accordingly for it in Canon.

My concern was two fold. First, his post implied only Chad would be recruited. Second, he though Tousen could convince Chad.

I was just struck by the realization that the view of the dead in Bleach and the view of the dead in FFX is almost the same. Sould must be sent on their way lest they linger and become mosters mainly, but I think that it could be a great crossover.

Auron Vs. Kenpachi would be interesting to watch. That ends up with a Skill Vs Power fight that would be amazing to watch, it could get even more amusing if halfway through Auron got annoyed and started trying to correct Kenpachi's techniques.

Only thing is, Kenpachi is an expert swordsman. He'd probably end up correcting Auron's technique. He noted the holes in Ichigo's defense, and his subordinates have shown to all be experts in combat.

His entire division is focused on combat.

Between Kenpachi and Auron, it'd be like Kenpachi fighting an unseated Shinigami. Auron's a bad ass, but Kenpachi would have weigh himself down, find a way to seal the lion's share of his reiatsu and probably keep both eyes closed for him to get any fun out of the fight.

Compared to the things that Auron has fought (He fought Sin and wasn't vaporized by it for instance). Also Auron has his own powers to mess with, though a few could be rather worthless (Such as the attack that Zombies the target).

If you go with Kingdom Hearts, even the Master of the Underworld only ended up getting stomped on for pissing Auron off.

Kenpachi has tons of raw power, but he relies on brute force for the most part, while Auron has skill of at least equal level when he goes to fight.

You need to pay closer attention to canon. Kenpachi has centuries of experience in combat, and has more than enough skill in sword combat to dissect Auron like he was nothing.

If Kenpachi was all raw power, then Ichigo would have battered down his defences with Zangetsu - the size, weight and power of Ichigo's sword would have given him a hell of an advantage, if Kenpachi had no skill with which to counter it. The guy may be crude and deranged, but he has both skill and power.

Auron as Zangetsu, though... that could be interesting.

Would that make Zagetsu more cool or less cool? It seems hard to improve on perfection. I'd wager that it would make Zangetsu less cool.

The only thing that seems to be wrong with Zangetsu is his complete disappearance from the manga. I'm not sure if he's coming back later, or if he's pretty much gone for good. I hope not though.

Something I would like to see somebody say to Byakuya, perhaps after he bitches about Ichigo 'dating' Rukia: "You lost all right to have any say in her life, when you decided to not only go along with her execution, but actively supported it."

Followed by him going Bankai on the poor soul who said that. Overprotective siblings are not rational people. He'll protect her purity even if it kills her.

The real reason he supported the execution? Rukia was already sleeping in the kids closet. How long before she moves up to Ichigo's bed? Clearly steps must be taken :sisi:

I just thought of something when I was thinking over souls in soul society and humans losing their memories when they die. What if a zanpakuto was the aspect of the person's soul that remembers their past life? What if the zanpakuto refused to let a shinigami to use it's power on foes that it knew in the past? How would this affect the story?

If this has been posted before I apologize I have just begun to frequent the Bleach section of the forum and haven't read everything yet.
