Completely random idea: What if Grimmjow was the ultimate fate that befell Yukishiro Enishi after his death?
He certainly had enough regrets and painful memories to become a Hollow, and someone with his iron will should have become an Arrancar without problem... And if you notice, when Enishi's flipping out in his final duel with Kenshin, he sports a more than passing resemblance to Grimmjow, beyond the hair color - same violence when fighting, same maniacal grin at times, same spirited eyes...
Thoughts?

That... could very well fit, GH. The first thing that occurs to me, is that Grimmjow was a feline Hollow. Enishi's Wattoujutsu was based around the tiger, as a deliberate counterpoint to Hiten Mitsurugi's dragon philosophy. (Dragon and Tiger being involved in a traditional balance, IIRC - the cat rules the land, the dragon rules the air.)
If we factor in Ki usage while alive, and the living, breathing desire for vengeance and greater power, it would seem pretty workable for Enishi's damaged soul to express itself as a fucking huge cat, and to be pretty damn powerful. ^_^

It'd be kinda interesting to fit the RK characters in Bleach, at least some of them. I could see at least a few being Arrancar, Vaizard or Shinigami.
For a touch of irony, have Kenshin himself end up being an Arrancar. What can I say? He angsted too much, for too long, and for generally the WRONG reasons.

I wonder if he would be able to become a viazard easier than most, becuase he does have hollow like powers.

Not so much an idea, but a scene that might work for an idea popped into my head, so I thought I would hand it out.
Basically, Orihime, Rukia, and Tatsuki (possibly with Nell) walking around Soul Society, with people whispering about the 'Three Empresses of Soul Society.'
Basically, Ichigo has either been forced to assume the throne of the King of Soul Society to prevent Aizen from getting it, or he's become Dataichou, either way he's married to the three/four girls.

... The leaders of Soul Society have been keeping the fact that Shinigami can take vacations hidden for centuries. But, Ichigo accidentally finds out and reveals it, leading to most of the captains and vice-captains up and leaving to go relax. And Ichigo and his friends have to substitute for them...

Hmm, looking back on the Kenshin idea, I pegged a few others who could easily be Hollow-ified or Shinigami-fied.
Among the ones to get Shinigami treatment:
Fuji. (he was a nice person, just, he listened to the wrong man)
Soujiro. (seriously, Yamamoto would have to be stupid to let someone of Soujiro's skill slip away - give him a couple hundred years and I'd peg him easily at Yoruichi level, given the inhuman rate at which he learns and improves. Granted he'd make Soifon completely obsolete...)
Saitou. (the Shinsengumi creed fits with Quincies more, though)
Among the Hollow-ified ones:
Shishio. (A no-brainer, and I FEEL SORRY FOR AIZEN if he thinks he can talk him into following him)
Kamatari. (He never really got over Shishio's death, IMHO)
Tomoe. (In a way, she's responsible for Enishi's end - that might well be enough bad karma to get her to be stuck with regret)
The Oniwabanshuu. (they expressed regret that they couldn't serve Aoshi anymore, so it might be possible)
Aoshi himself. (He keeps his emotions bottled up far too much for it to be healthy.)
