True, but he'd also be in the nebulous "never really trust him because his power could corrupt him someday" area that Superman resides in. Keep in mind that Spidey would have Class A strength and agility by DC scales, along with however you would class Spider Sense precognition. (Class C maybe? It's kind of limited and spotty.)
It gets a lot more awesome with someone competent training him. This was shown in one of the What If...? comics, when he trained with Wolverine and a couple of ex-Russian spies.
Here, he has Diana, and if he's in the JL, might get some help from Batman, Martian Manhunter, and so forth.
