Once he confirms Spider-Man's methods and attitude he'd trust him as much as he trust anyone. They're both competent vigilantes who mainly go after normal criminals due to a sense of duty and refuse to kill. And a basic analysis would explain why Spider-Man jokes, and why it's acceptable.
True, but he'd also be in the nebulous "never really trust him because his power could corrupt him someday" area that Superman resides in. Keep in mind that Spidey would have Class A strength and agility by DC scales, along with however you would class Spider Sense precognition. (Class C maybe? It's kind of limited and spotty.)
It gets a lot more awesome with someone competent training him. This was shown in one of the What If...? comics, when he trained with Wolverine and a couple of ex-Russian spies.

Here, he has Diana, and if he's in the JL, might get some help from Batman, Martian Manhunter, and so forth.

Carnage and the Joker have met before. They didn't get along. It's understandable. The Joker is a performer. Style is very important to him. Carnage is a mass murderer who only cares about the body count.

Zayne Carrick, the ex-Padawan from the Star Wars: KOTOR era is summoned by Louise from the Zero no Tsukaima universe by accident instead of Saito. He'd probably compare her to the psychotic Chantique even if Louise isn't as bad as the femme fatale Zeltron.

I wonder if a Jedi mind trick would work on Guiche in order to avoid the duel.

Had an idea that I couldn't do justice to: Superman and the High Priest of the Church of Kal-El have a conversation about whether or not Superman qualifies as a god. Got the idea from the EoM's discussions with Lorgar.

We know what Superman's answer would be. No priest would convince him otherwise.

Instead of going to Hal Jordan, the GL' Ring go to a certain Hero of Justice in Fuyuki City, Japan.
Yes, Shirou Emiya is now a f*cking GREEN LANTERN.
Hilarity ensue.

The Joker also met the Red Skull, and flipped out upon finding he was a Nazi, trying to murder him on the spot. His reason? He may have been a psycho, but he was an AMERICAN psycho.

He ended up cooperating with Batman to get the Skull, IIRC. I think Batman was more than a bit WTF at that...

The Joker is equal opportunity. He's not going to refuse to kill someone because of their race. The Red Skull is clearly too cliched for the Joker to allow in Gotham.

I would have been more impressed if they left out Batman and the Joker teamed up with Captain America. Can you imagine the headlines?

Obviously. The question is, could he convince the priest. Specifically, convince the priest that Superman is not someone who should be worshiped.

Superman: "Although she will be wearing a holographic disguise belt and voice alteration gear to hide her identity, my next witness will be the most qualified out of anyone in the world to explain that I am not only mortal, and fallible, but just an ordinary guy who happens to have superpowers. Sir priest, I give you my wife."

Lois: "All right. Exhibit A... he still leaves the toilet seat up..."

That would only work if the priest was a woman.

High Priest: "Its a test of faith. You ought to have more faith in your husband, Holy Bride."

We need a sane priest, not a fanatical one that will ignore the words in front of him.

Idea: Watchmen/Homestuck crossover. Dr. Manhattan is the First Guardian; Ozymandias, in paralell with his psychic squid (which has been obviously based on the gods of the Furthrest Ring), has been developing SBurb. The Silk Spectre gets the Comediansprite. Either Manhattan or the psychic squid (or possibly both, if you're feeling sadistic) get prototyped as well. Hilarity ensues.

A Batman trained Jimmy "Mr. Action" Olsen heading his own superhero team.

Idea: Baron Orman Tagge and Darca Nyl squared off once in a lightsaber duel between two non-Force sensitives that both of them survived without sustaining major damage and made Tagge conduct intensive lightsaber sparring with Shanks in order to improve himself in lightsaber combat. I imagine that both of them could hold their own against Saber rakes.

Different in a good way, an epic win way or epic fail way?

That depends on the competence of the writer.

Idea: At one point, after a great deal of stress (Possibly post ressurection, pre Civil War or alternatively post Civil War but pre One More Day for main universe spidey, and possibly post-Ultimatim for Ultimate) Peter is actually contcted by a more mysticl being and is trained to be a Spider Sage, Sage in this case being more akin to the Sage Mode from Naruto, but Spider styled and without jutsu included. Side effects include a wiser Peter, possibly a change in costume to make it seem a bit more sagely, that sort of stuff.

Crack Idea: One of the Spidey's see's the Japanese Spider-Man show, the one where Spider-Man had a mecha. Spiderman sets out on his quest to get someone to make him a humoungus mecha!

The mystical side was already explored. Spiderman is an aberration as he is a scientific explanation to the mystical spider toem. Sage powers are not compatible.
