I voted for Chrono as well. I may not know him well, but I've seen more posts of his than Ryuugi's, that reinforcement business notwithstanding, and I've no desire to see Vex as a mod, for reasons I've stated before. He seems like a straight forward, fairly honest individual. Time will tell.

Vote for Chrono, guys. He'll actually take this moderator job seriously.

One thing I never got is why chrono keeps putting his name at the bottom of every single one of his posts.

It's the little things that irk me.

Whoa, and this is what happens when I go to sleep. Props to chrono for the unexpected return from behind.

Anyway, not sure there's much of a chance of making a return from this distance, but I should probably mention my views on some of the topics discussed. As was mentioned, it's not really a mods responsibility to decide on what the rules are or should be, just to enforce them, and that's pretty much my perspective on the matter. I've already said I largely want to try and keep TFF the way it was, just now with active moderators for all those times people asked for them and they weren't there.

(For what it's worth, though, I think chrono would make a good mod as well.)

(Seriously; what kind of an election campaign is that anyway? This isn't a hentai bondage forum, last time I checked).

Can we seriously trust a candidate who is this out of touch with the general populace of TFF?

That doesn't give your votes to him, it just invalidates the votes of whoever voted for you until that person changes their vote.

Well obviously I would be encouraging my voters to transfer over to him, were I to do so.

With the campaign I've been running, it seems entirely fitting to end on a note of: "Well fuck that guy."

Actually, here's something I don't think has been brought up before, but since this is a Fanfiction forum, I think it's pretty important, so I might as well make a campaign promise out of it.

If I become a mod, I promise to do everything in my power to fix the formatting on all the fics that got horribly, horribly messed up in the shift, so that people might actually be able to read Fanfiction on The Fanfiction Forum. Should be pretty simple, though it'll probably take awhile to go through everything.

You realize we're going to hold you to that right? You may want to edit that post like, yesterday.

LOLOLOLOLOL.

Don't make promises you can't keep. Are you seriously going to do several weeks worth of work just to be a mod?

Dood... that's like a pipe-dream. Don't be becoming a real life politican what makes GREAT promises that will be next to impossible to carry out in any length of time.

Have you seen how many fics there are in this place?

Strategic voting works both ways. I wouldn't be surprised if TkMacintosh voters defect to chronodekar.

That's a job for an admin. Unless you want to do it manually. In which case I must question your sanity.

Meh, it's just copy and paste over from oTFF, it would be boring and take awhile but it wouldn't really be hard.

Hell, half his campaign team has already agreed to help him.

I really don't look forward to it, but whatever, when a friend needs help you help them.

It's just that simple.

./shrug I was planning on making a bot for it, but if you wanna do it manually, by all means, give me a show and some popcorn so I can laugh at your stupidity.

Meh, Ryuugi and two of our friends are all programmers, if it really get's that bad we could just make one ourselves.

I think that one word post rule was one of Hawk's, so feel free to ignore it. Though I personally agree with the rule. I think the intention of it was to stop the MOAR and FAIL posts. Though requiring 7 characters does that anyway.

It's a static problem, you just need to fix it once and it's done forever.

Also, eat me. @violinmana

Why do you not trust Glorious Comrade Candidate Vexarian? Do you need to have a timeout in the Blue Chair?

Seriously though, Vex is obviously just continuing with the joke campaign premise of over-the-top corrupt lying candidate.

No, I actually do think I could stick to this one. It would be a blistering 24 hours, but I do think I could do it.

I'm actually a programmer, you know? If it's a static problem, I can probably fix it simple enough. And if it's not, then someone is going to have to do it the old fashioned way eventually, so it might as well be done now. I mainly just need to know what the problem is.
