And that answer is neither.
It was written like a decade ago on the old anifics forums, iirc. I remember when he was originally posting chapters, and it was before I started using ffnet, at least.
It's a self-insert who hooks up with Nabiki and is the avatar in some kind of divine game between chaos and order. It was decently written, didn't make the dude a sue (he spent the entire fic trying to beat Kuno in a fight, iirc), and was worth a read from what I recall.
PCHeintz probably has a copy if anyone does.

No... I track what I read and keep a copy of what is of interest me personally... it does not nessecarily have to be considered a *good* or *great* story to others, merely have something of appeal in it that I would want to keep reading.
There are a number of good well known stories I do not track even in fandoms I read, as they simlpy never caught my interest. 'Relentless' comes to mind a such an example, I've always heard great things on it... but I've tried to read it on a couple different occasions, and it could not keep my interest... so I do not track it nor have a copy.
Likewise, a fandom that has zero appeal to me I will not bother with no matter the popularity... Naruto and TTGL come to mind. Instant turn off.
In the case of this author... the story I have a copy of is 'Ranma Writes a Fanfic'.
There are a number of good well known stories I do not track even in fandoms I read, as they simlpy never caught my interest. Anyone have a version of that that's not in .epub format? I can't open those. I also can't download an app for those (I'm on a mac) as my computer is a little out of date at this point.
If you don't have a non-.epub version of the story, do any of you know of an epub reader that will work on OS X 10.4.11?
I ask because I really love this story, and coming so close to being able to read it again only to fail due to my computer being a little too old really sucks.

Has anyone made a Ranma / Nyan Koi crossover.
I mean, sure, we have seen stories where Ranma has saved cats or whatnot, and ones where he talked with the cat spirit within him.
But like in the Nyan Koi series, is there any with him ever being cursed so cats could talk to him and he is threatened with being turned into one if he did not help them?
