Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer

This may be old news, but I'll ask anyway. I just restarted playing after a few months break, and the multiplayer keeps glitching out on me. I was using an Asari Adept and kept losing my vision to these weird boundaries that would crash down everywhere. One game it was like a fractal point spawned from my point of aim and out to the edges of the screen, and another game it was like my super-long hair kept falling in front of my face. Both times the distortions were black and kept moving around if I looked around or moved. Sometimes I could see enough to function, but usually not.
Yea the new classes look pretty cool, i would love to get the infiltrator straight up but i doubt i ll see it. Its kinda sad I still haven't gotten the quarian male classes, i do at least 2 or 3 rounds a day and purchase the 99k pack.
Amusing thing, i managed to get a gold round down with 2 ppl still left alive... due to the fact that i had 2 banshees and 1 brute chasing my ass all over the map... gotta say that the biotic lash is insanely good at boss killing.

My Thoughts:
Platinum Difficulty: Banshee's and Phantoms can double team you. Leave it to Bioware to ruin my hot human woman, hot Asari Threesome fantasy....
N7 Destroyer: Appears to be Mass Effects answer to Warhammer 40K's Terminator unit.
N7 Fury: The Sith have arisen and they're working for humanity. I will be shouting "Unlimited Power!" while using 'Annihilation field'.
N7 Shadow: Beating those 'God-damn Ninja Bitches' at their own game.
N7 Demolisher: "Hey you....CATCH!" BOOM!
N7 Paladin: Shield bashing their way to victory
N7 Slayer: The standard Vangaurd wasn't broken/awesome enough so the humans had to one up themselves.....

Hmm the soldier class with heavy weapons, i wish they had that in game all the time for single player. Some of the N7 classes seem to be geared towards high risk and reward scenario (vanguard and infiltrator particularly need to be close), sad part about being in melee range is instant motherfucking death from banshees and stupid phantoms. Still i m going to love the engie with the grenades, the soldier with the heavy weapons and vanguard shieldbashing husks.
I've had the worst luck finding Silver games lately on the Console. When I do find them, its with people that insist on trying to level up their lvl 5 Adept or something so we wipe on lvl 2'ish. I'll admit I'm not holy-crap-awesome myself, but I pull my weight. Its frustrating cause I need money to unlock these various new features.
I know right, and they're usually the same people who run out into the middle of the field and get killed at the start of the wave too.
Edit: Is it just me, or does it feel like the game has been rebalanced for these new classes?
I've noticed people playing them seem to be doing quite well, while all the powers of my pre update classes are suddenly not working nearly as well as they used to.

How are you spec'ed out and equipt? I did pretty well with my Shadow against Geth, but died horribly against Reapers. I set up for pretty much max damage on the Shadow Strike and went with as large an area of effect as possible with Electric Lash. I'm using the basic shotgun with a blade and shredder mods.
I really liked Electric Lash until I realized that I couldn't use it from cover, it has a pretty significant delay, and it moves you forward. Its definitely something you want to use against people on the other side of a wall. Shadow Strike is great, but I seem to get shot an awful lot while in the middle of it.

I went with longer cloaking length, as much sword damage as possible, shadow strike replenishing shields, and as much movement speed as possible.
I know i didn't pick up the extra width on electric saber. I did pick up taking less damage when leaving stealth though. As long as you know to back off of enemies that can instakill you after the initial shadow strike, you can take on just about anything on silver. Its gold where the enemies are durable enough to actually get some hits in.
Also, I'm just running with a Carnifex X as my weapon of choice.

After the insanity of the last op, this week's bonus goal is extract on any difficulty with at least one member using an N7 class. For a further carrot, if the allied goal Of 800,000 extractions is met the victory packs will include one of the new earth characters.
The bad news is due to the failure of Broadside, the time till extraction has been increased. Bring a lawn chair.

Why is it so goddamn hard to find Silver or Gold matches on the PC? It takes forever to get enough cash to afford the super spectre packs running Bronzes all day...
Edit: Actually let me take that back. Why is it so goddamn hard to find a game on PC? I am hard randoming everything, yet it still takes 20 minutes to find a game...

I'd say maybe it's a time of day thing, but then I'm having no troubles getting games on Gold and Silver despite my oceanic timezone, so I dunno.
Granted half those seem to be in-progress FBWGG games...
In other news, I'm very sick of full extraction goals. There always seems to be some fool who dies in the last 3 seconds of extraction. ALWAYS. I'm getting tempted to just solo Bronze and be done with it.
