Planet-buster Senshi isn't a thing that happens until at least late in the second or third season and right now I'm focusing on just the Dark Kingdom, so yes. If Precia were at the top of her game she'd be a natural SS-rank mage, and that puts her somewhere around where the Generals are (or at least Kunzite. Giving Jadeite and the rest their manga power levels might actually be a nerf now that I think of it).

They died twice.
First arc to slow down Metallia, Usagi wasn't even actually aware of this to my knowledge when she mass revived the earth.
The final arc death's was a big deal since for once, Usagi's victims did not have a body to revive them. The starlights comforted her by saying Senshi could revive so long as their sailor crystal was in tact and it's what kept her going for that whole arc. Kakyuu's last words to Usagi that the Sailor crystals were their hope and keep strong.
That was a big reason Galaxia dropped their sailor crystals in the sea of origin was supposed to be a slap in the face. Usagi no longer had anything physical to revive anyone with. The sea of origin was supposed to completely melt them away. It was at this point, Chibiusa disappeared from the time stream since there was nothing left of Mamoru.
Then Usagi got over that limitation when she revived the Galaxy. Her resurrection powers are disgustingly haxx. Remember ESM is her third strongest form in series. NQS once reincarnated someone backwards in time and literally hand waved a city back to life as soon as she woke up.
First Arc Usagi didn't actually know her power was resurrection until Zoicite almost exposed her as Princess Serenity to my memory. Until that point she thought she was just healing. Zoicite just knew his killer broadcast succeeded and realized she genuinely resurrected his victims with her own power. So until Princess Serenity becomes obvious the resurrection trick doesn't come into play.
Edit: Another limiter with her resurrection is that Usagi took at least four power ups before her resurrection effected anything but the newly dead. NQS and ESM were the only ones who revived people who have been dead for a long stretch of time.

I'm not saying the Senshi will be planet-busting level at first, but the Dark Generals were each killed off in their first appearance. That's why I question how much of a threat Precia can really be.
Hate to say it, Darth, but he has a point. It really wasn't necessary for the "Because bissek can't write a Sailor Moon crossover to save his life." line. I like your idea (mostly), and this thread, but the jab at bissek was kinda dickish.

Nephrite and Jadeite were the weak ones. Kunzite and Zoicite were decent threats to the senshi. Both Zoicite and Kunzite could spam citywide effects.Kunzite needed a Sailor Planet attack and he would have had the advantage in their fight in space if they hadn't visited the moon before. Zoicite got killed by Minako, the most experienced of the bunch joining the inners at that moment.
Why can't there be senshi in those other universes? The senshi here are a result of refugees fleeing the senshi wars (unless I'm misremembering and Seiya can correct me). All that requires is that this is the only universe the TSB has encountered where this occurred. The universe is a large place afterall. Infinite variations and all that.

Because the bureau would have encountered them before, and then they become something known and pedestrian like all the other mages. "Oh yeah, Senshi. Like Sailor Mid-Childa, that girl in the skirt who work the front desk on Tuesdays at Ground Forces HQ." Remember that I'm trying to preserve the Senshi as something awesome and powerful and messianic. Tying them into Al Hazard as the heirs to AH's power makes them this on a multidimensional scale as opposed to just being a local thing.
You know, not liking an author is one thing. You are allowed your opinions on their work, but this is uncalled for. You are acting like a child, and this is obviously an attack on an author who has put forth his/her work for review. Next time you want to attack someone for having the guts to actually put something into the site for public view, remember that this is not in any way a professional board, and your attitude towards Bissek does you no credit.

He has a point though, Seras. Bissek has had years to justify why he nerfed the Senshi, why he made them idiots, and so on and so forth. This isn't anything new, or sudden.
The only "unreasonable" thing he's done in this thread was his choice of words. Having read through WDoTM, I can see where he's coming from. I agree with the intent behind the words, if not the coarseness of the language.
Think of it as a <a href='http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/FixFic' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>Fix Fic.</a> We like the basic concept of Bissek's work, we just don't like his execution, so basically we're making a fanfic of Bissek's fanfic and saying "Let's see if we can do this right".
So what does Bissek, or any of his fans, care? If this story bombs, we'll be no worse off than we were before. If it turns out good, then that's reason enough to do this. Bissek spent years ignoring us, it won't bother him to ignore us a little longer.

Now your complaining because someone else is threatening the same thing, only with fanfics. The irony is strong in this one. Bonus irony points if the OP starts ignoring detractors the same way Bissek did. :lol:

Never said Bisseks attitude with the senshi was a good idea or even how I would do it. I am just pointing out that talking about Bisseks issue with his story is not what is happening here. Comartemis didn't handle this like an adult. Pointing fingers at someone who put in work for something is just childish. If he can do better and he wants to great, but you don't need to insult the person who came up with an idea just because you don't like it. What does that prove to anyone?

Yes, because you're not allowed to critique an author without having written something youself. Except wait, I have written something myself. Multiple somethings in fact, and they're not complete stories but they are posted publicly. And unlike Bissek, I accept criticism and I do something about it when people point out flaws in my writing instead of pretending my critics don't exist.
The only conclusion I can draw about bissek is that he either set out with the intention of writing a Senshi bashfic from the start or he's just not capable of accepting criticism, because the problems with his fic were brought up many times by many people and his response when I started arguing with him in the chapter 10 thread was to pretend nobody before me had ever brought up these concerns when that was patently not true. That's why I'm on his case, not because his story is bad. So on the subject of childish behavior, start with the guy you're defending before you get after me about it.

Yeah, I gotcha. Just sayin', chill man. If Bissek himself isn't taking offense over this, then you're basically overreacting to what you yourself said was a childish thing to do. Not gonna go there, dude. I know flamebait when I see it. . . most of the time, anyway. On other notes, I say we go all the way, and have Endy reincarnate as Hayate. Because the mental image of Hayate in a white tie and tails (fishnet stockings optional) while throwing devil roses is AWESOME.
All I'm going to say on the matter is that there's a difference between refusing to accept criticism at all and not taking accepting some criticism because it would take the story in a direction the author doesn't want it to go. The fact that I'm in the process of rewriting some scenes in my current chapter (And did so in several other chapters) as a result of comments that I considered valid demonstrates this.
It Coma wants to take my initial premise and try to take it in the direction he wanted it to go, he's more than welcome to do so.
