A thought occurred to me regarding everyone ignoring the fact that Vivio is a clone of Sankt Kaiser.
The thing is that perhaps they just don't care because they know she isn't Sankt Kaiser?

The bottom line is, Vivio is NOT Sankt Kaiser. She is her own person who just happens to share the DNA with Sankt Kaiser Olive.
You know, this also makes a lot of sense, much more than my idea.
There's a theory that a clone's personality will be very different from its original. The prime example in the MGLN universe is non other than Fate, a clone of Alicia and also given her memories. Precia rejected her because despite all her efforts, her Alicia-clone did not turn out to be her beloved daughter. Still, she grew up to be her own person, and nobody that knows her origins ever refers to her as Alicia.
Vivio being considered as Saint Olivie kind of breaks the lesson the franchise has presented for several seasons now. Okay, she's Olivie's clone, the Saint Church recognizes her as Olivie's clone, but like Andarion said, she's not Olivie herself. She was not even treated to the same memory transfer that her Fate-mama had, so she can't even claim to have Olivie's memories, unlike Fate, who does have Alicia's memories.
It is probably more proper for the Saint Church to simply refer to her as the next Saint Kaiser, rather than Saint Olivie's second coming.
