ANYWAY! New fic rec. Was just posted today on FF.net.

Summary: Seems Fate didn't know his keyboard shortcuts.
Instead of simply hitting 'delete' after click-dragging around Jack Rakan's image, he'd hit 'ctrl-x', and left the 'ctrl-v' location up in the air entirely. And so the inestimable gods of chance had chosen to place the hero in a universe most suited to his posturing and grandstanding, a world where he might find a kindred spirit.
Aizen help us, every one of us.
Yeah. JACK FREAKING RAKAN (his name always has to be in caps or bold. ALWAYS) meets the Bleach cast at the beginning of the Soul Society arc. And immediately starts mixing things up the JACK RAKAN way. It's just the first chapter, but the author captures JACK RAKAN's personality PERFECTLY. Oh, and the interactions between him, the Ryoka and Gin have to be read to be believed.
So yeah, I'll be using the wonderfully delicious copypasta and putting this in the Bleach Recommendations Thread.

I'm sorry, I know its crack, but the entire thing is just too fucked up. The moment he wrote about MAKIE talking to Poison Ivy about the time the Joker disected a pregnant women just to explain where babies came from. I stopped reading it. That wasn't funny. None of this story is very funny.
Words cannot begin to described how bloody retarted I feel this thing is.
I also know Overmaster is a fanboy of The Joker. If what I heard was true he apparently got very upset when people on this one forum discussed Batman killing the Joker. He pretty much worships the psycho (okay that is bit of exaggeration, but still...). I get the Joker is a great villain, but having him adopt 3-A and raise them to be his demented daughters is just messed up.
This is just a fic where I'm very glad to support "Don't Like, Don't Read".

Each to their own, I suppose. While you may be disgusted, I got a sick sort of demented humor out of it. It's why I liked that one story I recced where everything is grimdark and wildly AU where thereis no magic and Negi is a drug dealer. Although I admit this is only towards written works. Visuals I DO NOT need.

That's stupid. A recommendation is made to other people and thus requires consideration as to what they might like. That is why you are supposed to give examples of what you do like when you ask for recommendations from someone else. Otherwise, they're going to suggest sick shit to mess with you.

So...you're saying I should recommend something I DON'T like? That seems rather counter-intuitive. To ME, anyway, a recommendation is "Hey, I liked this. Maybe other people will too." If you don't like it, that's ok. I have said this several times before. I don't MIND if you don't like it. What I DO mind is when people think it's SERIOUS BUSINESS.

Either you dont care if others think your recc is good(or shit). Or you do think about what other people might like and as a consequence do recc stuff that you think others might enjoy.
The difference being:
I like X and am Recc'ing it. Fuck ya'll if you dont.
and
I like X and X is Y. (Y being something that many enjoy. Like comedy, action, or whatever.)

Have I offended you? I apologize if I did. I admit I was blowing off a bit of steam there and may have sounded harsher then I intended. It isn't retarded just well... too messed up for my tastes. I know its crack and that it isn't even a story just a bunch of loosely connected snippets so I really shouldn't take it so seriously.
It is just the whole idea of The Joker raising 3-A (or raising anyone for that matter) just feels messed up to me.(What he did to Tim in the Batman Beyond movie reeked of High Octane Nightmare Fuel)
