Alright then, I thought it was time for a new topic, the old one was getting ridiculously long. Not to mention the manga is nearing the end, gotta finish the topic-trilogy before that happends.

Now on to the spoilers, we've got two unconfirmed ones, neither seems any credible.

Spoiler 1 seems to be the more credible of the two simply because it came with a raw script, although Madara expecting Sasuke to fail in his mission has got to be a fake, Sasuke survived through sheer dumb luck. Spoiler 2 looks fake simply because in that one Kakashi uncovers his Sharingan, he did that offpanel in ch420.

Let it be known that anyone who necro or posts in the old chapter thread shall be publically flogged on TFF-square with a wet cat for this offence.

I think that it did it recently when someone opened a thread in the regular Naruto section, not one of the sub-sections. He locked it for like a day then deleted it, IIRC.

Spoiler 3 is most likely fanfiction. Spoiler 4 is alot more interesting, finally Danzou makes his move, looks like Naruto is gonna continue to power up while Pain completely destroys Konoha and kills Tsunade and maybe a few other names.

I believe I explained everything quite well. Madara was setting Sasuke up to fail, because Madara isn't interested in Sasuke, Pain, or the bijuu. All Madara wants is Kyuubi. He's using the Akatsuki, Pain, and Sasuke as diversions, like a kind of smokescreen. While everyone is watching what they're doing and worrying about them, he'll be kidnapping Naruto and extracting Kyuubi. And once Madara has his weapon back. . . who's going to stop him? There isn't anyone left who could fight on that kind of level. They've all been killed off. Madara would be untouchable.

If anything, Madara wants Sasuke to fail and die, because if he's the last remaining Uchiha, that means that there's no one left who could potentially usurp control of Kyuubi from him.

I agree. According to Kishimoto, there's an entire other season left. The first season (Naruto), then this one (Naruto: Shippuden), then one more after that.

There's plenty of time to make a new thread when the new season comes out, but until then, let's finish this one in the other thread.

There was an interview posted in the old thread a looong way back, where Kishimoto, when asked how long Naruto was intended to run, replied that Shippuden was "part two of three".

He or his superiors may have changed their minds since then, but as far as I know, his proclamation of a part three remains standing.

If Madara wanted Sasuke dead he could have simply killed him after the Itachi-fight, he needs Sasuke for something and appears to want Sasuke to get the EMS. Considering he hasn't shown any MS of his own since he reappeared as Tobi maybe he's looking for a new pair of eyes?

Summons being killable was confirmed way back in PT1 when Naruto telefragged one of Orochimaru's snakes in the FoD. It was also confirmed again when Sasuke killed Manda and later the messenger-lizard.

Finally, ever since the end of PT1 have I heard claims of there being a PT3 planned, I have also heard claims that PT2 will be the final half, but I have never seen anyone source their claim, ever. I've heard people say Kishimoto said it in an interview several times but I have never seen this mystical interview myself. :mellow:

Naruto's jutsu is improving, looks like he leveled a whole field of those weird giant plants, kinda like Temari's weasel-summon on crack.

EDIT: I guess now that Danzou's making his move Tsunade's scheduled to die, or atleast lose her position as Hokage, which means Sasuke can come back to Konoha and have his revenge and still remain a gray character that doesn't kill any good characters. :mellow:
