...Fair enough, for those of you that missed the hype, SerialRavist is a hell of a writer, and this fic is supposed to be his longest try to date.

That, and the story is mostly written already, and just awaiting posting.

He's going off the beaten FFT path for this one, as opposed to his previous stories, so it's a slightly different theme than his previous stuff.

Suppose the Death Corps really did manage to kidnap a Beoulve.
Summary is straightforward, and I'd really hate to spoil the story any more than this.

Excuse me while I degenerate to nonsensical gibberish and excited fanboying.

SerialRavist is one of the best FFT writers out there... with Heart f Gold and Save the queen to his credit I'm already looking forward to the third chapter. It's a very different take this time.

Speaking of which, the third chapter came out three days ago. A little recruitment, Ramza gets the shit beat out of him repeatedly, and things look like they're following canon before it all goes to hell. Good stuff.

So how's your Ranma/FFT fic coming along, BF?

Someone going by the name 'FierceOni' is reposting both of Fierce Deity's Zelda fics...

'The Five'

http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4699569/1/The_Five

And 'The Eternal Ark'

http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4724242/1/The_Eternal_Ark

I'm not quite sure what to make of this...?
I don't know whether to rage on that guy for being obnoxious enough to repost someone else's stuff, or to worship at his feet for digging up an old fic I've wanted to reread for ages.

...

*goes to read*

And the first few chapters are as abysmally bad as I remembered they were. :p

This was the newest thread so....

Anyone got any Zone of the Enders anything? Preferably a cross with something else.

I managed to find it and i want something to go read but the search at FF.N won't take Z.O.E. as a valid search term, That and the search function on there got raped in the ass while i was'nt looking.

Took a bit of time, but Iceman updated to chapter four.

Agrias caught his wrist before he could leave, then released it. "What of your family? You're a Beoulve."

He paused, mulling this over, before nodding. "Good point. We should take them out too."

It's like Final Fantasy Tactics meets Grand Theft Auto. Or at least that's what I think.

well I'm not doing any writing at the moment. Working retail is too hectic these days... likely going back to writing in January. A place to belong is still on my short list of fics I'm working one (the others being Magic within and Quiet ones) generally know what I want to do for the next part... just a matter of how to handle things.

I know this is another oddball request but can anyone recommend me any 'Xenosaga' fics?

Sadly, no. And I looked.

I've got *zero* Xenosaga recommendations. Not one. And when I really consider it, I can't even imagine who or what I'd like to see in one.

Shion? Damaged goods. Jin? He's a little cold. KOS-MOS? Laying there woodenly while someone paws you may actually be a good approximation of human sexuality, so way to go there, but she's going to get frustrated if Shion won't stop sobbing and just finish.

Chaos? Surprisingly, nobody has the nerve to wedge their OC into a relationship with the goddamned Messiah. Ziggy? Look, I'm not one to throw stones, but he's getting into a relationship with a genius scientist whose last husband's greatest scientific achievement was inventing the lolibot. It's entirely possible she hasn't scored in twenty years, and hasn't scored without a schoolgirl outfit in 35. His life extension better have come with a warranty.

And let's talk about Jr., Albedo, and their respective lolibot harems.

Actually, no. Let's not do that at all. Suffice it to say that I enjoyed the three games right up until the ending ended without actually ending anything. YOU MADE THREE GAMES, DOUCHEBAGS. YOU DON'T GET ANOTHER BITE AT THE APPLE. YOU DON'T GET TO SET UP FOR A SEQUEL. IT'S DONE.

Losing one person who meant the world to you is hard, losing two is devastating. Kirijo Mitsuru canÆt help but wonder why this has happened to the man she loved, although the answer to that question had far reaching consequences she could never imagine.

One-shot. Even if it's not canon, it's quite interesting to read and I can't wait to see when and how he will expand this.

It's very good. I honestly can't see this ever being even close to canon, what with all the small plot holes it opens up, but it's very good.

Try impossible for this to be canon. We do hear about her in P4.

But my interest is completely taken with all the ideas and possibilities that could follow this.

Ha! Ha ha! For a second I thought that this guy had picked up on a plot point that I've been working on...

Mwa-ha-ha, I'm still original.

About the story itself--It is good, but it had some problem with the dialogue and phrasing.

Still nice to read though.

Not by name. I mean, if you played P3 and went through Chihiro's Social Link, it's readily obvious who she refers to in her talk to Seta and the others (plus the speech screams of Mitsuru), but you could do some handwaving acrobatics to clear it up somehow.

Oooh... things are about to get... awkward...

Also, if the Rafa/Malak thing goes on as usual, Ramza's got ALOT to think about.

"What the hell?" muttered Alicia behind him as he worked. "Are you robbing him?"

With a scowl Ramza kept on until he held three heavy rings in the palm of his hand; the rest were probably lost causes. Tucking the things into his coat pocket, he stood and faced the short knight. "Yes."
I've never laughed quite so hard in my life at a mugging.

I really am loving 'Iceman', such an interesting take, a real and true AU. I'm impressed I do like it since Mustadio is one of my favorite characters 6-_-. I love SR's take on things, really good OCs.
