Not sure if it was mentioned but... YuunoxShario Finieno and Mariel Atenza aka The Glasses Triangle.
Yuuno is an extremely smart administrator of the greatest archive in TSAB while both ladies are researchers and engineers. They've got to know each other at least on professional level so what if they grow attracted to that handsome and as intelligent as them Master Librarian? Also judging by the stuff mentioned in one Sound Stage Shario might be almost on the Hayate's level when it comes to perversity. That would result in Fun Times!

When it comes to Yunno and pairings just about any female cast can work. Heck what if the numbers while working for scaglati decided to clone are favorite Ferret/human so each one would have one, that is what they want to do. In other words how dose the numbers each get Yunno! Forget love triangles when 12 sisters, or at least the free ones are after him.
Ok maybe this is a crazy nonsense idea, but considering that Yunno probaly would panick at so much attention as he tries to gt away or how each of the Numbers tries to seduce him would make an excellent comedey

As for the Numbers... Yeah, Pretty much any of them would work. I once entertained the rather hilarious notion of Yuuno/Quattro. Somehow, likely due to the influence of alcohol or other madness, I made it work in my head. I need to dig up a backup of my brain so I can present the idea. XD

It just crossed my mind... an alternate universe where instead of going Horribly Wrong the Infinite Desire went Horribly Right and Jail not only did not antagonize the TSAB but openly cooperated with them. This would give us options like Uno and Yuuno cooperating on some projects and pooling their analytical and data-mining abilities together.

Mariel is that scientist lady who was overseeing repairs on Raising Heart and Bardiche after they got wrecked at the start of A's. She was also overseeing Subaru and Ginga's cyborg adjustments.

As an aside, I found that the relationship(s) between Nanoha, Fate, Vivio, and Yuuno as portrayed in Aleph (Immatrael on FFnet)'s "The Bitter End" are about the same as my headcanon for the canon Nanoha series. A pity that would never become canon.

Essentially, Fate and Nanoha are explicitly lovers; Vivio is probably their legal child and also more or less considers Yuuno to be her father (figure); Yuuno is more than best friend to both Fate and Nanoha (probably purely platonic but you can't really make that explicit without being overly heavy-handed so there's room for interpretation) to the point that Vivio feels like she's intruding the moment they're in the same room, and Nanoha gets to say things like she loves them both so much and they have to promise her to take care of each other after she's gone. Nanoha herself considers all three of them to be among the best things that have happened to her, if that needs to be said.
As I said, I personally consider it to be the most probable and logical extension of what's already been shown in canon, but I'm fairly sure the kind of scene portrayed in that fic will never ever be explicitly portrayed in canon. And I would be very surprised if more than one or two people out of ten random average Nanoha fans would consider their relationship in the fic to be "canon".
Someone pulled off an amusing Yuuno/Arisa romance on FFN, called Tsuntsun, Deredere. Fits the girl perfectly.
I honestly have NO IDEA how this happens.
Raising Heart/Yuuno: Usually, when one finds an Intelligent Device that doesn't suit them, one tends to either throw it away or gave it to someone else immediately. Yuuno, however, kept RH around even when she confirmed he's not her master. Oh sure he asked other to try out, but he does keep her with him for a long time. Even if she's not truly capable of affections, RH sort of developped an odd adoration for Yuuno over time.
