Yeah she's pretty well endowed already considering the fact she's only 13-14 when the series started.

Hotaru and Chibiusa are early beavers. The rest of the outers are older so it`s pretty explainable why they have bigger chests. Still Usagi`s still pretty big for a 14 year old and bigger than some of the inners. Makoto is just suffering from a bad swimsuit.

Pretty much. So long as the Sailor Crystal is intact it doesn't matter what trauma her or any senshi's body goes through. And the Silver Moon Crystal is much different than the rest in universe, even when it melted into the sea of origin it was able to keep her body intact unlike the other crystals.

Honestly she probably could if she asked the ginzuishou to do so. The Ginzuishou/Silver Moon Crystal essentially lets Usagi play around with life and death on massive levels.
She eventually grows strong enough without the ginzuishou/Silver Moon Crystal as Neo-Queen Serenity to play around with time and space when she reincarnates Sailor Pluto backwards in time so she could live a simple life as Setsuna Meiou.

Given that the Idea of Evil requires agents in the mortal realm to in act some of it's plans and that Causality in Berserk is described as: The law of cause and effect. Every action has a reaction, whether its nature is known to us or not. Everything in the Berserk world is bound to the strings of Causality. Each person's situation and even emotional states are tempered through years of careful, causal manipulation.
The underlined part is the important one. One of the major reasons that Idea of Evil is as powerful as it is that it's had uncountable eons to spin it's plans and set all the pieces exactly where it want's them. Usagi is also apparently the most original in names when it comes to her children at least she named her kids, Chibi-Usa and Kousagi. The rest named their kids, Mako, Mina, Rei and Ami.

As with most resets of a Loop, the Senshi gathered, wishing to exchange information, tips, tricks, and such, to see what has been added to the group. For a few, it was to fill them in on a Loop some hadnÆt been attending. Depending on when in their timeline the start point was, they would usually have to wait for Makoto and Minako to teleport to them, as the former had yet to move to Juuban and the latter had yet to depart from England.
Of course, all gathered, they already knew this wasnÆt going to be a normal debriefing.
ôStop staring at them,ö growled Michiru, elbowing Haruka in the ribs.
ôMamoruÆs staring,ö the Senshi of Uranus spat.
ôTheyÆre destined to be wed, you are mine,ö Michiru stated back, fire in her eyes.
ôCan we get back to issue at hand?ö asked Rei, taking control of the meeting. Seeing the others agree, she turned towards her Princess, her Neo-Queen, her thorn in her side. ôUsagi, in less than ten minutes, kindly explain à those,ö she stated, motioning to the items in question.

ôWell, I remembered Ranma had really been hoping to get a Morrigan so Lilith could be complete, because he already was able to find that bit of MorriganÆs original power that Belial sealed away.ö
