The Threads of Fate

Obi-Wan never went to capture Grievous, he accompanied Anakin to the Chancellor's office where Mace had Palpatine at his mercy, they hinder Mace from murdering Palpatine out of anger but he manages to escape. Palpatine is far from beaten though and he continues to manipulate the senate through his aides and the senators loyal to him while on the run, with Anakin and Obi-Wan tracking him.

EDIT: I'm searching for a fic I recently read but for some reason can't manage to find again, the scenario was Palpatine being arrested by the jedi after Anakin managed to convince Windu not to kill him. Palpatine doesn't resist and decides to use it to his advantage, the public and senate do not believe the jedi's accusations of Palpatine being a sith and demand they release him, Palpatine has quite the good time needling and provoking his captors.

Do anyone of you know good or at least some barely acceptable Anakin/Ashoka Fics,
With those either in a romantic relationship or just close it does not matter.
Or some Anakin Time-travel preferibly to prevent either the death of his mother or his relationship/marriage with Padme (at least to postpone it)

Nadir- An AU that is set around the time of Dark Empire or Jedi Academy Trilogy. What it is is an Imperial of the same standing as Thrawn (power wise in the Imperial hierarchy, not anything close to being his genius) takes over the Empire and starts building upon the things that Thrawn did, instead of letting his campaigns fall to the wayside. So far things have just been setting up the future actions, but it's still very well written and definitely something to take a look at.

Follows a career thief who pulls a heist for a lot of cash, get double crossed, and decides to find out exactly why the thing he stole is valuable beyond the surface. Meanwhile Luke, Mara, and Shada are hunting him and run into something unexpected following his trail in the Coruscanti underground.

A good read, some awkward parts, but those are few and far between. Definitely worth the time to read.

A massive AU and massive cross over (pretty much every fandom has some sort of connection with the GFFA). The AU starts when Elizabeth Braddock gets transported to Sernpidal when the moon is crashing. She saves Chewie and things spiral from there, but that's a story before the two.

These two are a converging storyline with Kardde Reign starting with Luke, Mara, Leia, and Han with the kids and grandkids (Anakin's still alive and wed to Tahiri have a kid or two, Jag's with Jaina ditto with the kids, and Jacen's with Tenel Ka samething on the kids) go to Earth as ambassadors for the GFFA, to learn more about Mara's family (she's a Grey), and the exact circumstances of her being enslaved with Palpatine. Things progress from there with Jysella (who'd fallen to the darkside because of corruption from Vader's holocron) being an apprentice of Voldemort, and Voldemort trying to get the Phoenix force to revive Plagious.

Stoking Home Fires follows the GFFA rebuilding after a war with the Skrull. Daala is trying to pull the same things she's doing in FOTJ, but without the backing of the GA (she's a leader of the confederacy). It also brings up the reintegration of Earth to the greater galaxy. Earth has been proven in this AU to be the birthplace of humanity that was cut off for various reasons.

Both are good reads that you don't need to read the previous stories in the AU universe to get.

I think this is decently good. It's a quick read right now 4 chapters only around 10k words or less.

Ahsoka is on a mission when Order 66 comes about. She's with Rex, the 2 clone rookies that survived from the Clone Wars episode Rookies (but obviously they aren't rookies anymore), and 2 more clones that haven't spent a whole lot of time with the more seasoned members of the 501st (the ones that have spent a year or more going on missions with Anakin and Ahsoka).

Story is how Rex and the 2 clones don't follow Order 66 and save Ahsoka from the other 2 clones. Not a lot of it right now, but it's going to follow Ahsoka's journey during the Dark Times and how she'd going to find kids that are force sensitive (like the Clone Wars episode this season with the holocron).

KoTOR: Eight months on from the fall of the Star Forge the expected peace has not come to the Republic. The news of Revan's return has become a source of schism and conflict within the galaxy, and Revan himself has his own demons to face.

Warning: Author hasn't written anything in roughly 4 years, fic is probably dead, sure is good though.

Looking for a fic I saw on fanfiction.net FOREVER ago.

Obi-Wan dies on Mustafar, but the Force sends him back to his Phantom Menace body. He uses his knowledge of the future (and some messed up in the head angsty moments to add to the plot) to save the day, kill Maul and Sidious, and keep Anakin from going to the Dark Side.

Happens in Phantom Menace time line, really well written but I can't find it.

i read one a while back that i cant remember the title of

but one thing springs to mind in it was
padme and anakin before the council and she says out loud something along the lines of were married and im pregnant , i think that was it

that's about the only thing i remember, oh senators asking about anakin barging in to her home during one of there meetings

Does anyone happen to know of one where Revan and crew (complete with Ebon Hawk) suffered a hyperdrive malfunction that caused them to jump forward through time and end up in the Alderan system at the same time as the Falcon at the beginning of A New Hope?

Wasn't the best written story out there, but it looked like it could be a fun way to kill the boredom only I haven't been able to find it again.

Random-ass question but this has been bugging me ever since crazyfoxdemon's recs above. Basically looking for a story where Revan finds a crystal on Korriban that he uses to send him to the 'true sith lord' or whatever and he ends up in Palpatine's quarters on Coruscant. Busts out and away from a load of Jedi and Padme, and goes on a quest/rampage to defeat the Sith Lord.
