They're a bunch of tiny annoying little targets. They're fast buggers too, so be on your toes.

Okay, I was planning on doing full body shots anyways.

And a bat swarm is an interesting encounter. Use of area attacks would be the most useful here. Anything else would be largely inefficient.

Lately I've been thinking about how the hell the shift happened. I know that the cause will probably be discover sometime late in the game but I started having the urge to write up a couple of omakes that explained the cause of the shift. I was wondering if I could post them up once I'm done typing them up at some point in the future.

Sorry about not posting, I just can't think of anything other then annihilating bat's that my Char would be doing, and since he's pretty far away the only way for him (and accompanying Ork's) to get to you guys quickly enough would be to go THROUGH the Castle (WALLS) and Castle's are mostly stone being held up by it's own weight, that would be bad.

Nice pic, Not quite what I had in mind, but it actually looks a little better then the basic design I had thought up... You forgot the Storm Bolters though, think Grey Knight style, only on a Power Fist.

There anything I should know, or would a juuken-ish strike pulping the heart kill the manbat?

Hmm, considering the fact that the man-bat is the product of a large amount of bats coming together, I would say that there ought to be like a core somewhere, possible a bat that is somehow controlling the other bats. So a juuken-ish strike pulping the heart/core/main bat could probably kill the manbat.

Hey everybody.
Sorry I've been a little busy, but I can't really dedicate alot of time to this kind of thing right now. Plus, I won't be able to use my laptop again till after christmas, so I'll be a little cut off again. After that, though, I intend to breath a little bit of life into this with some new ideas, and an actual plot... maybe.
