Wow. Are we still talking about Moderation?
Because I'm pretty sure that Hawk already said his decision on that.
I know that a lot of people want to help out. I do too. However, the best way to do that is to buckle down, stop causing the problems in the first place, and just use common sense when you're going to post.
There are several ways to help do that.
For instance, if you're not sure whether it's not okay to make a certain post (inside or outside of the Naruto forum), PM me. If there's a problem I can see, I'll point it out to you, though I'm definitely not going to be perfect.
It doesn't have to be me either; anybody with a relatively objective view point can help you decide whether or not it's a bad decision.
Who knows - maybe in the time before the other person replies, you'll be able to figure out what to do yourself?
Another thing to keep in mind is to avoid "yelling" unnecessarily. You know what I mean, too. Capitalization, bolding, anything to emphasize a point by the format of the text itself can aggravate people, especially if used incorrectly.
Never resort to personal insults as well.
Also, don't perform necromancy an argument unless you sincerely have some new evidence (not an opinion) that hasn't been picked apart before.
There are other things you can do of course, but those are the ones that came up off the top of my head.
