So, crushing axe kicks are dramatic and all, but when you jump that high, you're kinda leaving yourself to the mercy of this thing called gravity. Why can't highly trained snipers shoot a regular object falling through atmosphere?
Because he's falling fast too. Somehow.

I'm serious, look at all the times he and Shioon have used that jump high and stomp trick. They fall like a tiny meteor.
Those foot techniques ain't nothing ta fuck wit'.

Hat Guy, you have failed me. This was a golden chance and you blew it.

The reveal that Nine Arts had men in the police force would have been pretty sweet if we'd seen Government Man's shocked face and a few bullet-holes in his chest first.

My desire for that is tempered by the fact that in this case Jang Lae Won is actually in the right. Nine Arts is the bad guy now, his stupid and haphazard idea of vengeance leading everyone into the chaotic slaughter SUCs creating, purely over the death of his waifu who isn't even dead. Him being killed here would basically have been an objectively good thing for most people.

Apparently, in this setting, the only way to become an old geezer is to be a hardcore badass. It makes me wonder how a 90 year old Shioon would look.

Like a Boss, I'd presume.
If he doesn't turn into some king of Kung-Fu-Dragon-God...Thing first, that is.

157. Man NAD is just looking more and more pathetic as time goes on. Lone Wolf is still pretty cool though.

EDIT: I really like the irony of Shioon and NAD's positions relative to how they're presented at the outset (and still perceived by the general Murim). Shioon is shown as the 'figurehead', being used by the Sunwoo as a puppet, while NAD is the invincible god of SUC. But the reality is that Shioon's charisma and character have made him the legitimate leader of the Sunwoo, who would literally throw away their lives for him, while it's pretty clear NAD is just a tool being used by SUC to throw the world into chaos for their own ends.

Yeah, sounds about right. He just feels like a hotheaded brat being played while Shioon steps up to the plate again and again.

"When I left you, I was but the learner. Now I am the master." :snigger:

Where you guys expecting anything else? He was never going to be more than the dragon of the series.

Shioon's out early. I thought we'd end up waiting 'till next time for build up. Naturally, he calls everyone out on their cowardly bullshit.

Government Glasses seems to spend more time defeating himself than anything else.

The new chapter has been uploaded to mangareader, but there are only 14 pages. It kinda feels like there should be more. Does anyone know where to find the rest?

It does feel odd.
Still, it's ramping up rather quickly. I also find it utterly hilarious how the bad guys are underestimating the opposition.

Huh. Never thought I'd be cheering for Government Glasses. But then I remember Shiho and go back to "fuck that guy".

Time for Shioon to mop up some bitches, anyway.
