WTF?

Can anyone make sense of what's happening in this fic or is it all incoherent rambling? And is it supposed to be fun?
Man... that formatting is harsh on the eyes, being some wierd psuedo mixe of normal and script. Bleagh...

As for your question, it made little sense to me, though it also seemed some of the lines were by the wrong person.

Actually, don't worry too much about him. I think we've all come to that point where we know he's just a troll and that he's doing this for...well, whatever reason.

I was just in the Love Hina section and I picked up on these two.

Love Oni - ...to be fair, I have no idea what to say about it. It's simply a mess. I can't find anything specific I can talk directly about. Either I'm getting soft, or it's just too much of a mess to even figure it out. Either way - FAIL.

Kampai - self-insert styled material, period, and that has already been pointed out rather obviously by one of the spawns of Flame Rising. Nothing else to say about this one.

What the...?

Love Oni didn't have a shread of Love Hina in it AT ALL!

And Kampai looks like some fangirl's entry into an LH RPG :huh!:

Why is the Love Hina section going the way of the Negima section all of a sudden?!

Too :headbanger: Many :headbanger: Negima :headbanger: Migrations! :headbanger:

....must cleanse myself now. *goes off to watch some Goshushou-sama Ninomiya-kun*

EDIT: QUADREKYO SHARINGAN?!

...now I've seen it all...

....there is just no limit to the FAIL the Deus-Ex-Machingan keeps on spawning, is there?

....a further cleansing is in order.

......you know, I may not be a superb writer myself, but I at least try to think of my would-be readers and whether or not my writing will cause them considerable brain damage. But some people just don't seem to care....why?

Ah yes...go cleanse thyself in the aura of the pink haired moeblob...

...that reminds me, I need to download and watch it for the aforementioned pink haired moeblob...

As for Negima migrations, they're bound to happen, all because they're both products of Ken Akamatsu. I don't mind them, actually, since a well written crossover does have some rather decent potential just because of how well they complement each other.

Yay to Moeblob!

...I actually admire Ninomiya-kun...I mean, he is an extremely atypical harem-anime protagonist and yet he has a resolve of steel...

Anyway, I don't mind the migrations either. There are a number of good writers who write in both sections....however, they are grossly outnumbered by the BAD ones.

I like fanfics and I appreciate the effort their writers put into them. Some people are unfortunate in that they haven't grasped the English language quite well...ok, that's understandable. You can improve your English through writing, after all. And a good effort is still a good effort, it must be appreciated.

BUT there's nothing I hate more than people actually writing fanfics for the sole purpose of wasting their readers' time and bandwidth. There are plenty in the Negima section, and some are moving into the Love Hina section, apparently...

But... I have not once seen an A.I. Love You crossover with Love Hina.

Any reason why?

Probably because A.I. Love You had nowhere near the fan base or was as widespread as either Love Hina or Negima.

Hell, I knew about Love Hina for awhile, but I never knew about A.I Love You for a long time until actually looking it up in more detail. Simply put, not enough people have read it in contrast to those who know both Love Hina and Negima.

Same reason why a Mao-chan Xover has never been attempted. Though the crack possibilities it has if combined with Negima are endless :p

You could say A.I. Love You isn't one of Akamatsu's better works. In fact, the overall premise is nothing short of an AMG and Videogirl Ai rip-off. In fact, Videogirl in itself is an AMG rip-off anyway. I mean, seriously, Saati was nothing more than a Belldandy clone.

AI Love You ended rather prematurely too with a lot of things left unexplained...and the overall structure seemed to suggest that all the author was doing was trying his best to keep the story afloat by adding more and more bishoujos of various cliche quirks and appearances.

Overall, it's too obscure. And even with the recent limelight it received from its two successors, it's still too poor to even warrant crossovers.

Well, that's the reason, I think...

Yeah, true on it being almost a mirror of AMG.

Hell, right down to the main girl having a rather sultry, older sister in Toni - pretty much Urd for Belldandy.

In a way, it's hard to believe how far Akamatsu had come since that. Love Hina and Negima, with the former being one of the biggest and most important occurrences for my fanfiction writing - as big as Halo was for me, actually.

A pity... in some ways, I thought A.I. Love You better than Love Hina.

Oh well. So much for taste.

Well, I don't know *shrugs* I have often been accused of lacking taste, so this isn't the first time.

This is a fangirl's perspective on A.I. Love You after all. Who knows? There might be some element in there that is more appealing to Fanboys. :p

For one thing, the fact that Akamatsu made really sad attempts at Yuri-esque fanservice in what seems to me an attempt to appeal to fans just made it all the more pathetic really. Seriously, Yayoi-chan?

If fanservice becomes an anime/manga's only selling point then there's really no point, in my opinion...though many of my fanboy friends would beg to differ. <_<

EDIT: Come to think of it, there is one thing that makes AI Love You better than both Love Hina and Negima....In contrast to Asuna and especially Naru, Saati was the perfect match for the male protagonist READ: MARY SUE

Come on, she's pretty much a rip of Belldandy, who in turn is already a rather prominent Mary Sue herself.

Just as a note, that was not directed at you specifically, it was just a general comment. I myself have also been accused of lacking taste. To each their own.

Beware of Dog. Cat not trustworthy either.
I see the first author you listed placed 11 stories up in 2 days. That's some serious writing mojo... *sneeze-bulls**t-sneeze*

Even worse, that author didn't even steal OLD stories. The one you pointed out had been edited by the original author in the last month.

Oooops.

I guess it could be possible that the original author joined a group that took the name of the second, hoping for more exposure. The profile speaks of "we" a lot.

The worst story ever

Some of my favorite lines were.

ôThe Dark Lord shall kill all of you. Then you must submit to him!!!!ö Snape ejaculated menacingly.

ôYou fucking prep!!!ö yelled Draco. Then he loked at me sadly. ôI forgot to tell u, Ebony. Snape made me do it with him. I didnÆt really have sexx him but heÆs a ropeist!!!!ö

ôDatÆs mi car!!!!ö shooted Draco angrily. But suddenly it was revealied who was in da car. It wuzàààà.Snape!!!!!

And we mustn't forget the sex seen.

"He put his thingy into my you know what."

Also Snape aparently thrades at random places with Snoop Dog and someone named Snap.

Also does any one know what a ropeist is?

It's a sad, sad day when a fuckin' troll can shit out a story that ends up with just shy of 7000 reviews. Doesn't matter if they're positive or negative, that just makes me cry.

*pats your head tenderly* go ahead and cry so you can find your happy place again.

Look on the brightside most of those reviews are negative. Though after quickly scrolling through that....stuff *sweatdrops* I really don't know whether to laugh or cry myself. Though I lulz at the reviews more than the....thing *sweatdrops again* that was written.

Still don't know if I should call that person a troll or not. After all it could be their way of purposely making fun of bad fanfiction writers...just done in a very very bad way.

*sweatdrops*.....

........

................

....................... :rip1: *has passed on to the next life from too much laughter*

*my spirit wanders aimlessly through TFF*

*sighs* On second thought, the only reason I can think of for why that person has almost close to seven thousand reviews is because most people are quick to responding to something they assume is meant to be taken serious and highly offensive, or irritating. Whether they think they are helping this individual or not, I think they are giving them the attention they want. Which is what I think the entire purpose of that fic was. Considering, they never bothered to write another nor tried to put any effort into 'trying' to edit what they had.

But the reviews are very entertaining ne?

Man...I read the first chapter of that My immortal fic and the author's profile...seriously, wtf? I really don't think it's a parody, it's pretty difficult to consistently write THAT bad...I've read some real parody fics, and they were a bit better, because the authors
weren't just bad at writing in general...and before anyone asks, or if they care, I don't have links to them. Found them off links somewhere around here.... :hmm:

Edit: But yes, the reviews were pretty entertaining.

TO-DO LIST FOR TARA

1. Kill your plot bunnies. They are suffering greatly.

2. Bury them deep, deep in the ground.

3. Smash your computer.

4. Actually read the Harry potter series. They are good books and you have utterly obliterated all of the characters. You are not allowed to deface something unless you know what you're talking about. Which you clearly do not.

5. Learn how to write a proper sentence, paragraph, chapter, and overall story. It will make a world of difference.

6. Do not write about sex. "he put his boy's thingy in mine and we had sex" just doesn't cut it. A boy has a PENIS which he inerts into a girl's VAGINA when having intercourse. That's how it's done. Got it?

7. Look over your work before you post. Better yet, find a beta. 90% of your mistakes will go unnoticed until your writing is read by someone else.

8. For the love of God, LEARN HOW TO SPELL PROPERLY.

9. Learn how to write proper dialogue.

10. After learning to do all of the above somewhat decently ... buy a new computer.
that review could've come from half of TFF, un. Though I suspect trev (because he writes wonderfully acerbic reviews like that one)

Wow...you're right.

But I reinforce my earlier statement that this thing is indeed nothing but a troll. Look at Chapter 39 and 40 of the story. It claims that someone hacked its account and posted a chapter of their own to its story. Forget that if it wanted to it could have deleted the chapter, instead the troll decides to pose as a DIFFERENT troll (and not convincingly, either) to further fuck up an already shit-to-the-nth-power story.

And you know what the worst part of it is? Some of its reviewers actually believe that the story was really hacked! I have to believe that some of them are just playing along for whatever reason, but some of them truly believe that everything this troll is doing is for real. :headbanger:

My head aches.

I think its obvious its a troll writing that fic, and while it is sad that it has so many reviews when so many good stories get so few, it is so bad it is funny for a while. After that novelty wore off in a couple of chapters, I decided to go through the reviews, and that was the best part. So many suggestions on ways to kill or torture an author, and some of them were really creative. My favorite that I saw was pouring rabid hamsters down their pants.

Oh yeah, the flames are funny as hell (even if they are useless for stopping trolls). It's the people who are actually encouraging and asking for more of this fic that makes me want to punch my monitor.
