Pro tip 7: You want to write something where a character of your creating is involved in the Evangelion world? That's fine, but remember that if (or when) you post it on a public access site like this one, you will be judged harshly.
You writing skills are not good enough to pull "A New Character in the Evangeluion World" off.
Pro tip 8: I am a cruel, cruel man, and I do not care if I have made you cry with my harsh assessment of your writing.
In conclusion, if you wish to be anything other than a child, idiot or troll then delete this before too many people see it and try working on something else. Join a forum to discuss ideas and concepts that you might want to work on.
