I think it just meant that Naruto was demonstrating the power of Yin and Yang Release as a whole rather than him using Yin-Yang Release. His chart only has Yang at least and Sasuke's only has Yin.

Konan's paper bomb ocean parting thing is listed as an application of her Sacred Paper Emissary Jutsu, not a seperate ability.

Summoning: Gedo Statue doesn't really talk about the Gedo Statue in relation to Ten Tails, it merely states that it's used as a vessel to store the chakra of the biju and that the dragon energy things are used to capture their chakra. It says that unlike normal summonings which require a blood contract, the Gedo Statue drains the life energy of the summoner. Nagato was only able to succeed in doing so because of the large reserves of life energy granted by his Uzumaki bloodline.

It says that when an individual manifests (literally "blossoms" 開花) Six Paths Senjutsu, black orbs comprising the power of all five elements and yin-yang appear, forming a circle that floats behind them. They can manipulate each orb independantly. Each orb is about the size of a fist and hides within enough power to completely oblitrate a forest. With the power of Creation of All Things all of creation, put simply, the shape of the black orbs can be freely altered, and the many natures comprising them can be combined to manifest a variety of effects. It is a power that easily exceeds both kekkei genkai and kekkei tota.
Kurama Mode is stated to be the "complete version" of Nine Tails Chakra Mode, accomplished when Naruto and Kurama synch their hearts. It allows Naruto to use the most powerful secret abilities of the jinchuriki, like Biju Bomb and Biju Transformation.
Naraka Path is the secret jutsu to extract and eat human souls and beckon (呼ã³å‡ºã™, different from kuchiyose) the King of Hell. The rest just explains what we clearly saw; that when it grasps them they are weakened and can't resist, that if it eats their souls they die, and that it judges them, etc.
Asura Path allows the user to summon weapons and armor into their own body. They become a living weapon with a repulsive appearance, and their flesh and blood (生身, also means "body of a buddha or bodhisattva") constantly changes in amazing ways that allow them to overwhelm their opponent with taijutsu. It summons ballistic weapons unlike anything ever created in the ninja world, and when moving from long range to close range, dynamically swaps out (æ›è£…, mechanical term, "exchange parts") its weaponry to meet whatever is needed in battle.
Even though Lightning Release Armour sounds so much better.

So let me see if I can get all this magic eye nonsense straight.
The Byakugan is an alien bloodline, originating from the Ootsutsuki Clan who came to earth from another world. It is completely unrelated to the Sharingan and Rinnegan. Hagoromo didn't inherit the bloodline, but his brother Hamura did. While most of the Ootsutsuki clan (Hamura include) left earth to live on the moon after Kaguya was sealed, presumably Hamura's descendants or some other members of the clan stayed behind and eventually became the Hyuuga clan.
The Kaguya clan and their Shikotsumyaku bloodline was also presumably founded by either one of Hamura's descendants or some other members of the Ootsutsuki clan who stayed behind, as Kaguya also had that bloodline.
When Kaguya ate the fruit of the Shinju, she awakened the Rinne Sharingan, the ultimate doujutsu which allows her to control dimensions and enslave the world in the Infinite Tsukuyomi. This bloodline seems to originate entirely from the Shinju, which has the same dojutsu itself when it transforms into the Juubi.
None of Kaguya children inherited the full power of this bloodline, because as mentioned it is a bloodline that can only be gained through the power of the Juubi - either becoming it's jinchuuriki, or eating the chakra fruit it produces. (Madara succeeded in gaining this doujutsu by becoming the Juubi jinchuuriki, but Obito did the same thing and failed to acquire it for whatever reason.) However, her son Hagoromo inherited the Rinnegan half of the bloodline, which sort of died out after him. The Sharingan half skipped a generation and was inherited by her grandson Indra, whose descendants went on to found the Uchiha clan.
Hagaromo's incomplete Rinnegan bloodline was then further divided between his two sons. Indra received his strong yin chakra, which is apparently something entirely separate from the Sharingan he got from his grandmother, I guess? His other son Asura received his strong yang chakra, but no magic eyeballs. When their chakra is combined in one individual, that person gains the potential to reawaken Hagaromo's lost Rinnegan bloodline.

Actually, is it ever made clear whether awakening the Rinnegan requires the user to already have a sharingan, or is having both Indra and Asura's chakra enough? I mean, Hagoromo himself doesn't seem to have ever had a Sharingan. And the Rinnegan can't use any of the powers of the Sharingan, the user has to physically transform their eyes between the two bloodlines to access all of their jutsu and traits. And considering his mother had a unique bloodline that combined the power of the Rinnegan and the Sharingan, it seems more like they are sister bloodlines, two halves of one more powerful bloodline, rather than the Sharingan being a degraded/larval form of the Rinnegan as I previously thought.
Also why the heck isn't Sasuke listed as having the Rinne Sharingan? His new eye is clearly a combination of the Rinnegan and the Sharingan, he can even access both of their unique jutsu at the same time. -_-

Well that stuff and the fact that Naruto was able to grow Kakashi a new eyeball with Chakra magic in a manner that seemed to function exactly like the Creation of All Things is supposed to, i.e. straight up thy-will-be-done-reality-warp.
Random Gut Reaction to some small part of the information:
I'm going to be honest here though, the fact that Sakura's Favorite Thing or whatever is Sasuke is... honestly kind of disturbing. The lack of general contact between them and the fact that he acknowledged her existence all of what... three times in Part 1? implies some pretty negative ramifications to me about the whole thing. As far as others go at least they had CONTACT with whatever their favorite thing is or the reason for it, but that's just kinda... unhealthy sounding to me. Especially since the basis of her love/obsession/infatuation/whatever-the-hell-it-is is probably at least partially that bit where Naruto was Henged into Sasuke and honestly complimented her. I wouldn't be surprised if whatever the original plan was at that point is long forgotten but the byzantine plot twists in the years since have rendered it creepy as hell.

Divine: Deep Forest Emergence basically describes what we know from the manga, but it says it "consumes vitality to create a nursery/seedbed for the white servants (白ã従者, "shiroki jÅ«sha")"
Sage Art: White Rage Attack, the caster gathers natural energy in their body as light, and then expels it from their mouth in the shape of a dragon.
Sage Art: Gracious Deity Gates is a sealing jutsu that kneads together natural energy and chakra in the user's body to create gates that restrain the target.
Sage Art: Wood Release: Veritable 1000-Armed Kan'on , the user releases a tremendous amount of natural energy from their body into the atmosphere to create a giant buddha statue, which they can then control with wood release. It's a jutsu capable of doing battle with a tailed beast. Its many arms can also be used to "judge" the opponent by unleashing a massive barrage of palm strikes.
Chibaku Tensei / Six Paths Chibaku Tensei" has a single entry, and lists "Nagato / Naruto and Sasuke, Hagoromo and Hamura" as its users. It's a kekkei genkai sealing jutsu.
Six Paths Chibaku Tensei is invoked when two users simultaneously touch their target with the "Yin" and "Yang" seals. It rips a giant chunk of earth up and turns it into a heavenly body, becoming the Prison of Six Paths (å…é“ã®ç„ RokudÅ no Goku) that can capture all things (万物æ•, "banbutsuto"). It's a sealing jutsu that can be used by individuals who awaken Six Paths Senjutsu. "Chibaku Tensei" is the version that can be used by a single individual, while "Six Paths Chibaku Tensei" is a more powerful version that requires two individuals simultaneously combining the power of Yin and Yang. It turns the sealing target into a gravity core in the sky, which attracts chunks of earth that bury them alive. This forms a heavenly body in the sky that can act as a prison for even a tailed beast. The section in the bottom left describes how the moon was the result of Six Paths Chibaku Tensei, and that so much chakra was contained within that it turned into a gigantic sattelite. It also describes it as a giant sealing stone (å°å°çŸ³ "Fuinseki"), which implies that Kishimoto took some inspiration from those giant "sealing stones" you sometimes see -- the big boulders with the kanji inscribed on them, usually with the ceremonial ropes adoring them.
Okay, Kabuto's technique, Den'ien'ei (den-i-en-ei, to make the kana clear), says he infused himself with the cells of each member of the Sound Five, allowing him to use Attack of the Twin Demons; by infusing himself with their cells, he gained the ability to freely use their jutsu, talents, and kekkei genkai. It says that he uses Attack of the Twin Demons to manifest their upper torsos from his own torso, which allows him move independantly while unleashing their skills, so he can fight and move strategically at the same time. This gives him access to a stunning array of abilities.
Kaguya's Murderous Bone Ash is listed as a kekkei mora. It says she can use it to alter the properties of her bone, hardening them and turning them into weapons. It's different from, and more deadly than, Macabre Bone Pulse, as the target struck by the "ash bones" will immediately begin to disintegrate and crumble away as soon as their body is pierced.
Okay, the "Sage Art: Super Biju Rasenshuriken" section says that, after being granted the power of the Sage of Six Paths, Naruto performed this ultimate jutsu. Just because Konohamaru has three natures doesn't mean he can use them all. This databook lists tons of natures for everyone, including characters that have never used elemental jutsu, so I'm pretty sure it's only listing their strongest potential affinities (like when Kakashi gave Naruto the affinity testing paper) and not necessary ones they've actually learned the nature transformation technique for.
