What manhwa are you reading?

Yeah, he seems to be putting it off entirely because he doesn't want to mess with his current home life. Hell, he only confronted his friend because he was quite literally that screwed by illusion barriers twice by that point since he was entirely in the dark about it (And he couldn't know the chick would be quickly available for conversation down the line).

Fitting that his power keeps being revealed as more and more broken. Just how game protagonists are supposed to be. :p

Flow 25

You know as many times I've wished for someone to pull a glummy glum-glum MC's head out of their ass and stop wallow in their own shit, I don't think this is the way to do it.

Then again, Korean culture continues to baffle me every time, so...

The Gamer 14 is now up. Looks like along with titles, skill sets also give passive buffs. Skill books are usually a little more hard to come by, so being given free access to so many seems a little bonkers right off the bat. He'll be munchkining it up in no time.

Considering his gamers body I wonder if he'll actually age anymore?

Plus he will be level grinding those abilities and levels while getting his ass kicked. This guy is going to up his power level past 9000 so fast that summoner guy is going to be the mid-boss rather than the arc boss.

Well that's kind of the whole point isn't it. The story is about the logic of a video game applied to a world where things aren't designed around that logic.

If milk + bread boosts the healing abilities of both. Time to see what baking a cake from scratch does.

His stats must have more than doubled after all those passive boosts. Being a game character really is crazy broken. Tis awesome.

It's an amusing story so far, but I do kinda worry about the power creep which will inevitably occur.

Well, he's a game character. An RPG character. Chances are that means he's "The Hero" and will end up facing a properly challenging World-Ending catastrophe/final boss at some point. He'll need crazy levels of power.

The only thing he learned so far though is the basics of Chunbumoon. Skill Books makes it easier to learn, I guess, but we haven't even seen him fight anything except zombies.

Mind you, it's been stated as a Natural Ability User he has higher potential compared to Acquired ones, because he can train like them on top of that, but surely he's not the only person like that in the world.

Exactly. He (potentially) has some deadly deadly foes coming up in the future.

It kind of has hints that the final boss is going to be the world or an avatar of the god-like being because it hints that the world has some form of sentience. You kind of need power creep to get to that level.

Now, this is just a guess with no real evidence but it does make sense when you consider games.

A tad.
I don't think we've ever seen him go berserk. I don't think the manhwa would survive it.
Edit: I just realized something. That city ain't a bad place to be a building contractor. If you can stay alive long enough.

Continue to crush after a shallow girl who is both someone else's girlfriend and believes in divine right apparently.

I was really hoping he would do a double take and quickly lose interest in her after that little speech (y'know, since he's actually lived first hand what it's like to be born unlucky while she says that from the perspective of someone who was handed everything), but given both his reaction to it and how it's gone since then it seems like she was an author mouthpiece and they're just as terrible a person as their character. Haven't even bothered reading the most recent chapters. Might have dropped it entirely, haven't decided yet.

^ same thoughts on it. It looked interesting in chapter 0 but when I saw the way that it went with it from the 1st chapter and on... I just dropped it by the time it introduced the quest phone missions.

The Gamer 15 is now up.

Don't think it was mentioned before in the story, but it seems he's got the standard 'complete heals' that sleeping gives in most RPG's.

I think it was more like they agreed that it was okay if he went grinding in the guy's summoned zones.

The opposite. Sunglasses dude allowed that if MC went into his zones and killed his summons he would be okay with it.

It's kind of weird how conciliatory someone who has been set up as the bad guy is.

Because even if he can't see levels he knows he's outmatched?
Sunglasses is level 40 something and oldmaster is ?? witch is probably twice as much or something.
