Suuposedly the full hollow version of Ichigo will be in this movie. The title of this movie is in the topic description.

Pretty much the same thing that's been out for ages. All that's really been established is that Ichigo's super hollow state will be in it, which frankly is every bit as much of a hit against it as the last movie being Rukia centric was. Though granted most of the things wrong with that state were things that were horribly, awfully wrong with that whole fight in general. Might be good, might be bad, too soon to tell. Will probably fall to the fight scenes and the plot, which the last movie pretty much failed at on almost every level save a few select bits.

New Teaser. We learn basically nothing new, the Hell bit was revealed a while ago, but we do see some concept art and Hells all lavay as expected. On the one hand, I've been intrigued with the hell concept for ages. On the other, reducing it to a movie format probably won't end well. Will ultimately fall down to whether or not Chad and his Left Arm of the Devil get to punch out a Cthulhu or not.

And goddammit there better be some monstrous demons and not completely humanoid enemies like freaking ALWAYS. I mean maybe not all of them, but give me monster fights. Like back when Bleach was good. Some Chad vs. Cthulhu, Ichigo vs. Satan, Hitsugaya vs. Dragon, Komamura vs. Cerberus, Ishida vs. Beelzebub, Kon vs. Succubus, Renji vs. his loss record and it'll all be good. :sisi:

Yeah, you had a similar deal for the third one, and that one was trash, not expecting much from just this and no Chad.

there's not much written about the other characters..
all characters are fighting against the hell guards or something like that, but
only Ichigo, Rukia, Ishida and Renji passed through

Which works quite better for a movie concept I suppose, especially since the major point will be showcasing attacks. One problem, why is friggin Chad not in the core group? I swear he better get an epic fight with one of the hell Guards that like singled him out or something or words will be had. Perhaps a rematch with a now superpowered Shrieker will suffice, a grudge match will serve him some good.

To be honest Chad not being there just seems completely wrong, I mean this is going to be about hell, the thing that every time we learn something new about Chad and his powers seems to be connected to, I mean his left arm is even called the arm of the devil, which massively cements a connection and his right arm is called arm of the giant and what did we see when we first saw a glimpse of hell, a Giant's hand which just cements the connection even further, I mean seriously what the hell! :rant:

So there's the summary, and here's my general reservations against it. If they end up getting their asses kicked by overwhelming powers. Why is it only two lieutenants are going into hell to save the world? What the fuck happened to all the captains with OVERWHELMING powers?

This is what I really hate about bleach movies, where all the good characters are never used and all the characters that you know can't really handle the difference are used instead and given contrived at the moment plot-armor events that make them win.

Gay. Though the new dude's sword is kinda cool, I just wish they'd stop adding new good characters for no reason. Jebus. Create a set of villains and a crisis, have the goodies deal with it, with occasional shenanigans and wacky hi-jinks. Is that so hard? How is it only the 2nd got this down*? Well, I suppose there was also that Basura bit, though characters were just showing up at random there for no reason and not doing crap.

*Not counting the third, as mary sue villains are mary sue villains.

Also, I care some bit for Ishida. He's actually a relatively likable character, but enough with Renji and Rukia. They appear in every god fucking movie and OVA released to date.

Forget interesting characters; for the love of Haruhi just expand the characters! Maybe we'll get a good song out of this.

Hmmm. Lets see if any of these predictions come true for the movie.

1. Whatever the problem is it has its roots in Soul Society and there's a 50/50 chance it's the fault of the deceased 46.

2. It probably involves an ancient sin or renegade group.

3. It will threaten all the worlds.

4. Ichigo and co. have to go to Hell to rescue someone.

5. Ishida's main purpose is to show for the fans and to shoot lesser characters. Ditto for Renji. Rukia has a 50/50 chance of this.

6. Old Man Yama-genocide and all the captains who could be reasonable expected to actually make a difference will make brief appearances without solving anything. 50/50 odds of them briefly fighting Ichigo.

7. Mayuri and/or Urahara will provide a deus ex machina explanation and problem solving device.

8. Soifon will be useless and overly aggressive...which now that I think about it is an awful quality for someone handling intelligence.

9. The unknown good guy will either get offed in a Heroic Sacrifice or will take over/retake his position in Hell and make it nice.

10. None of this will ever be mentioned again and there is (yet again) a 50/50 chance of the entire plot being erased from their memories.

Confirmed. Yuzu is apparently Kidnapped and they are going in to get her back. >>

Granted I was expecting Tatsuki first for a rescue arc, but this doesn't keep it from being predictable. Better than REHASHING SS IN VIRTUALLY EVERY WAY again. Like the last movie.

Why Yuzu though? Of All the people, why her? She's an interesting character in the Kurosaki household sure, but she's also the most useless of the bunch. And I don't mean that in a derogatory sense. She is the one with the least amount of spiritual power firstly, and is the prime definition of a civilian.

Lastly, if Yuzu got kidnapped. I'll fucking bet you a god damn cookie that more than Ichigo. Isshin would tear through hell with his bare fucking hands to get his daughter back.

No. Nope, that isn't true. Not no way, not no how. They are not using the same god damned plot every single time.

Soul Society Arc: Rescue Rukia.

Bount Arc: Rescue Ishida.

Hueco Mundo Arc: Rescue Orihime (and then the rescuers had to be rescued themselves).

Amagai Arc: Rescue that anime-only kid.

First movie: Rescue Senna.

Second Movie: Rescue Hitsugaya (sort of).

Third Movie: Rescue Rukia (again).

And now this?

I think there has only been one arc (the Zanpakuto Tales arc) where there hasn't been a rescue plot.

Rescue Hitsugaya hardly counts even in the loosest of definitions of the term, but point regardless. If that counts than one could call the Zanpakuto Rebellion the rescue the Zanpakuto arc.

Or if you want to be really clever about it, the Rescue Koga arc. As this time it's the baddies on a rescue mission. B)

That being said I have no clue why it's Yuzu, that's just what I heard. I don't know, maybe hell prizes exceptionally pure souls or whatever. Sounds like something they'd do. It's all bollocks anyway.

Especially if Isshin doesn't have to be literally pinned down by every level 90-100 bakudo to keep him from ripping each and every villain's head's off.
