Yeah, just threw this out there for ideas and comments. The premise for this snippet at first was that one of Maeko's brothers was visitng as well and thats where the brother came in. I erased some parts and just started over.
Haven't sent to a beta cause Im still writing out parts. Probabaly two more till I close the chapter and send it off.

Something I noticed when I was re-reading the entire thread and came across your list of knocked up hookers.
Okay, you list quiet a few women here having the kids.
Tsunade/Naoko I'll count as one person. So that's One.
Shizune had a single kid apparently. That's two.
Mai had a single kid apparently as well. So that's Three.
Kurenai, Anko, Sakura, Ino, Hinata, Tenten, Ayama, Sizume, Tsubaki, Temari, and Two random Villagers are unaccounted for, but let's all assume they have one child each. So that makes twelve more children, for a total of 15.

Well, first off, there are actually 18 women on that list.....after combining Tsunade and Naoko, you decided to leave Yugao and Hana off of it, too.
So, assuming, instead, that there are 17 women (discounting Naoko for whatever reason...must have been something I missed), and besides Mai (and Shizune...That might have been in a previous snippet that I'm forgetting, if you are referencing it), that leaves 15 women.

Yeah well that list is kinda old now. I can't manage to even stay on track with my own ideas. I get an idea, and just keep revising it. Just how I am :huh.: So sorry for the mix-up. This is the list as of today.

And then you have Random Kunoichi #1 and so forth. For some of them, they may be mothers as well as their daughters. And that is assuming that no other parent had a different egg inside them. It would be a bit too much to think that Akagi somehow came across Uchiha eggs and implanted them into someone.
I would honestly advise against using large amounts (and in this case, I consider 3 a large amount) of crossover gals for the sole reason of adding more kids, and showcasing more babes. It's just gonna make it a lot harder for ya to manage everything, and seems rather gratuitous.
Frankly, I think just leaving canon Naruto girls and like a villager or two, and just giving them all multiple births (perhaps the girls own chakra interacted with the Kyuubi chakra that exits within Naruto's sperm, and caused a lot of eggs to split off into twins and such)....the kind of interaction between, say, "Bastard made me deal with twins!"!Ino is much more entertaining than "Yeah, you don't know me"!Crossover-character with a child.

Yeah, and that was my original intent. But when you have 42 women and only a got 15-18 make it thats a lot of death to factor in. The abortions can be included yeah but I dont see it being that many in the end. There are other factors to include but I cant imagine the tally being 20+ women losing their kids.

Thought about that at one time and may have to go back to it. But where would they go? Tsunade wouldnt just let anyone get possession of them. I know the major clans wouldnt mind getting them but with all the canon clans covered almost that would just be adding another kid to that family. And I'm trying to keep each woman and kid as unique as possible. A seemingly crazy goal with so many women involved but oh well.
Instead of using yugito, who i think would be to difficult for
Konoha to have captured alive, why not use Tayuya?
After the fight with Temari she is picked up by a medic squad
and taken to the village for interogation, to make sure she stays
alive during the questioning the bring in Naoko who impregnates her
Tayuya sees this as her chace to leave a cell alive and decides to keep
the baby.

The quiet was once again shattered but she would not be detered. Taking a deep breath Tsunade surged ahead, clapping her hands together loud enough to cause a small boom inside the room. The noise was loud enough to instantly bring the room to silence.
Eyes narrowed in annoyance, Tsaunde continued speaking. 'The entire purpose behind this was to track the evolution of bloodlines and more specifically genes. That if a catalyst.......
There was a small voice from the crowd that spoke up and asked, 'Who is the father?'
Tsunade sighed, getting more annoyed by the second, but this interruption allowed her to slice to the root of their concerns and deal with the following problems.
'Uzumaki Naruto.'

Tsuande was expecting utter shock, chaos, and mayhem to erupt following Naruto's name. She was not expecting what happened next.
"Alright I managed to last eight hours with the kid and I'll be damned if I'm loosing him to any of you" came a determined shout from the crowd.
Blinking at this Tsuande suddenly got an inkling of why Akagi had marked Anko down as one of four in the control group. This got confirmed moments later when Hinata and Ayama stood up.
"Naruto-kuns mine!" was the cry from both teenagers as they stood up.
Tsuande could only twitch an eyebrow as she looked down at three women currently carrying Naruto's children conceived the old fashioned way.
Tsuande searched the crowd for Yuuhi Kurenai's younger sister Makoto who was simply sitting there red faced for a quiet moment before leaping up and asking "Which one of you three taught him the French Flipper Trick? Because I owe you a really big favour for that. I was worn out after four hours of absolute great sex after I grabbed him stepping out of Anko's apartment."

By any account Naruto wore out two kunoichi with twelve hours of nonstop great sex and he was going on a training journey with Jiraiya. He should be a master by the time he got back.
It was Shizune that finally broke her, after all Naruto was Tsuande's little brother in everything but blood, there was just some things you really didn't want to know.
"So we'll be drawing up a schedule to share Naruto out then working on the assumption of twelve hours a day. Tsuande-sama do you mind me pulling out the white board here, we've got a complex scheduling problem to work out."

"Now I know this may seem unusual but I need you to fill these specimen containers up Naruto-kun" Naoko said smiling happily at how easy this was.
"Eh. Eh. With what?" Naruto asked slightly confused.
"Sperm samples" Naoko said straight faced "Whenever you masturbate over the next week I want you to put it into these containers and then secure the lids."
A red faced Naruto stammered out "But thats. Thats. Thats perverted."
"Not at all Naruto-kun" Naoko said straight faced "Masturbation is perfectly natural. As for the large number of sample containers we only ask this of the best Shinobi. You are going to become Hokage one day right?"
"I'm going to be the best Hokage ever" Naruto declared on reflex.

Forget her initial hope of collecting enough samples to impregnate twelve women, she could easily due up to a hundred. Fifty would make a good sample though. Saving the other doses for higher priority targets on the second round would be the smart thing to do. Naoko grinned, the Fourths Legacy was certainly proving fruitful.
