Fascination with Time Travel? E-Type? He had two stories with it that I recall... (Nodoka's Curse deliberate by use of Nanban Mirror, and Slightly Detoured, accident by way of some mysterious cave) and one that merely spans a long time (Future Tensed).
As for Evangelion stories, the only Evangelion story I know of was Death Becomes her, which was the one being discussed.
I quite enjoyed a number of his stories for the most part, even if some were iffy on setup.

Ryoko's Apartment was a post Ranma story, and a Ryoko/Ranma/Kiyone Match, though she comes into play later... they have to eventually save Washu by going against her rival whom also has some wacky telepathic assassin... Pretty good, if strange.
Nodoka's Curse actually has Ranma time travel to her past in an attempt to save her from Genma and Soun and Happosai... Getting help from Ryoko and Katsuhiko and a past cologne..
Slightly detoured has a older and freshly married Ranma and Kasumi have a odd encounter with Ataru and a strange cave, causing them to go back into the past 4 years. I liked Future Kasumi beating up and insulting current Ryoga... taught Nabiki a lesson as well and proved she was different.
Death Becomes Her is the Evangelion one, extreme NGE AU... pre-canon Ranma and Rei dated briefly, he thought her dead, but she was re cloned... she shows up at a bad time attempting to restart the relationship, due to a series of events, Ranma and Nabiki end up moving in with Rei into an apartment owned by Nerv with the Manager being the Guy from Golden Boy post series married to all the gals.
For His Own Good had pre canon Ranma dating a younger looking Setsuna, when they became too close, she did something to make him think her dead... then post Ranma series he encounters her as a Senshi...
Goddess Ball had a screw up from Genma and Soun trap Ranma, Setsuna and Urd in a ball until they fall in love.. his only lemon type story.
Nabiki's First, had Nabiki as a advisor to the Senshi much like Luna and Artimis are, but better, she hated what it forced on her, and both limited her role deliberately, and forced Setsuna to pay her for specific tasks.... Setsuna of course could afford it. Note her personality and the Senshi's did not generally mesh well..
I did read the Kiima one, and Future Tensed, but cannot recall the details of their plots.
The Washu and Tenchi one was probably the worst of what he wrote, at least of the ones I read, it is dreadful.
I believe it was Slightly Detoured that got him in trouble with the community, as it was too similar to a story by almost the same name that had him and Nabiki experience the same thing... but I assure you having read both it was no real case of plagiarism...
I cannot recall the rest... I also cannot recall if the last segment I have of Ryoko's Apartment ever made it to his web site, as we were exchanging ideas and snippets on that one just as he dropped off the map...
