A different sort of loop.

Shinji woke up with a small groan, and stared up at the ceiling. He closed his eyes and groaned again.
"Goddamnit... Familiar fucking ceiling..."
He felt a female body lay down on top of him and cuddle him, and his eyes snapped open wide. He gaped at the girl now pinning him with a naughty grin.
"... Not so familiar," he mumbled. The girl certainly looked like Asuka, but a little older, curvier, and with red eyes.
"Hello Shinji... I don't imagine we've met. You'd remember," the girl grinned. Shinji blinked twice, and his eyes widened in recognition at the AT Field signature.
"Arael?!"
"Yeah, that's me," she said cheerfully. "I decided to come early this time!"
"Uhhh..."
The Angel sighed and nuzzled his neck happily. "Relax... I won't do anything bad to Asuka this time. Why should I? She gave me this form, which I find..." She rubbed her self up and down against Shinji once, making the shocked boy stiffen involuntarily. The Angel gave him a cocky smile.
"... Quite agreeable."
"Not so fast, sister."
Arael scowled and looked over her shoulder. Shinji got his eyes away from her breasts up to the second... Third... Fourth intruders into his hospital room?
"Oh c'mon! You can't just come early like this!" Arael scowled. A woman who resembled an older Rei with gray hair, dressed in a naval uniform stepped forward.
"Says the Fifteenth Angel," Gaghiel stated flatly. A younger girl with tanned skin, blond hair and red eyes stomped her feet irritably.
"I'm the one who should have him first!" Shamshel whined. "I'm the Fourth Angel, after all!"
"Like you women have anything to really offer," a voluptuous albino woman in a low cut, black and white striped dressed drawled. "Only I could really satisfy Shinji-kun." Leliel's smirk grew. "Besides... He's already been inside me."
Gaghiel snort. "It's the same with me!"
"I totally dominated him! but I'm going to be... Well, mostly sweet this time around, Shinji~," Shamshel crooned with a wink.
All four Angels were promptly lifted into the air by telekinetic force. Shinji turned to the door, hoping for salvation in the form of Rei.
And... It certainly looked like Rei, but much older, curvier... naked-er.
Well, I suppose the last one doesn't really count, Shinji thought, blushing hard at the hungry look the woman gave him.
"Children... Beat it. I have some... things to do with Shinji-kun," purred Lillith, mother of all humanity.
"WHAT?!" Demanded all four Angels.
"That's incest!"
"So is doing it with my 'daughters'," Lillith replied crisply, referring, of course, to the Reis. "Yet that doesn't stop him, does it Shinji?"
"Um, well... No," Shinji admitted, even though Ritsuko, Maya and even Rei had all confirmed that they weren't genetically close enough for it to be incest.
Though Rei had admitted the possibility was, what was it she said? "Very stimulating."
From Rei that amounted to "I am so hot right now, take me!"
"Shinji... Stop thinking about kinky sex with Rei, and think about it with me~," Lillith stated flatly. Shinji blushed and coughed.
"Uh... Sorry."
"I know many ways for you to make it up to me," Lillith replied, as she pounced on the bed. The other four Angels seethed in jealousy, but eventually got their turns, as Shinji decided that he was very grateful for the S2 engine inside him that followed from loop to loop.
Unit 01, as she was wont to do on such loops, began waving fans and chanting "MY SON IS SOOO MANLY!"

Well, The Ero-Sennin and I are thinking of writing a story involving this, my Doctor Lucifer idea, and Neon Genesis Eidolon. A perverted, action-filled story with sex, giant robot battles, hot woman, deep characters, more sex, the fate of mankind and possibly the universe in the balance, Lucifer saving the day, Shinji saving the day, drunken penguins and of course, even more sex.
But it might be just too awesome for me and Ero-Sennin to write...

They would see a teenage boy in a white shirt, black pants, standing before a phone.
They would assume Shinji was once again trying to find out where his ride was; a ride that would not show up for yet another thirty minutes.

Maya had expected everything to end with Third Impact. Everything she'd ever worked for, everything she'd ever done, swept away in the great sea of humanity. She'd felt this when she was but one of billions in the Sea of Death.
She certainly hadn't expected to find herself ripped out of the Sea in a flash of light, and sitting in front of her computer console, watching an all-too-familiar Blue Pattern emerge out of the ocean for a second time.
Her initial confusion had been replaced by incredulity, disbelief, shock. She was back at the Third Angel? She... Wasn't dead?
She hadn't had time to think before Dr. Akagi and Misato had come onto the bridge. She stared in shock at them both, last seeing the former as... Something that held her, and then nothing, and the latter not until she was dying.
Her confusion had to be set aside for the immediate situation-Training and instinct had taken over her outside actions, while internally, she tried to figure out what the hell was going on.
Time travel? Could it be possible? Considering how the Angels could warp spacetime and create different dimensions, she supposed it was possible.
She had been sent back to the past... Back to the beginning. Before everyone around her was killed or absorbed into Third Impact.
But... There were differences.
Shinji fought the Third Angel well, without any fear or hesitation. He brutally destroyed it, refusing to let it harm a single additional person. The view of the entry plug on the holographic screen revealed a significant change in the young boy-No, man within.
He was not there, in over his head like during the first time he piloted. He was not there, desperate and nearly catatonic the last time. Maya recognized his fury, his expression for what it was.
Someone who had lost everything... And refused to let it be lost again.
Somehow, out of the insanity of Third Impact, he'd come back too...
She wasn't alone in this insanity. This... Second chance.

Shinji sighed as he found himself on the train AGAIN. After the first few loops of "trying to do it right" he had gone through the psycho "just kill the fuckers that ruin everything" phase which had flowed suprisingly well into a couple "harem master" loops before deciding he needed a vacation, and had just been completly apathetic for a bit.
Sadly those loops didn't last long before the Angels destroyed the world. But it would be useful in the future to know just how far Misato would go to 'motivate' him into caring about the survival of the human race.
Now he had to think of what to do for the next few years of the next few months. "Screw it. I'm an emotionally fucked up teenager with no long term consequences. I'll just do whatever comes to mind and have fun." And with that a smile grew onto his face. "I wonder how early I can pull off some patricide..."

"Do do do do, do do do do." Misato sighed as she followed the Third Child through the halls of NERV. It was bad enough Rei acted too mature, but apparently Shinji acted HALF his age! Ever since they had arrived he had been 'sneaking' through the halls while humming the Mission Impossible theme.
She probably wouldn't have let him lead the way but she admitted, if only to herself, that she wouldn't have been able to navigate any better and was just waiting for Ritsuko to show up. Then Shinji paused and turned to her with a grin.
"Now, behold the Super Secret Ikari School of Secret Ninja Assasination Style!" He declared dramatically, before using HER id card to open what she only now realized was the door to the Eva control room. Before she could question him, Shinji had pulled out a hand gun. Which she also recognized as the one from her glove compartment.
"SNEAK ATTACK!!!" Shinji called out as he unloaded the clip. A pale Misato quickly looked in the room. The reinforced glass that overlooked the docking chamber was undamaged, it did however have a streak of red running down it, leading to the body of Commander Ikari.
"Ha, and once again the day is saved!" Boasted the obviously insane boy.

Shinji blinked, and looked around. This wasn't where he usually looped back to. For one thing, it wasn't a train station. Not unless the train station was suddenly enclosed in a large, golden room with a strange glowing green control console in the middle.
"Uh... Hello?"
"Hello?" A brown-haired man in a blue and brown pinstripe suit popped his head up from behind the console. He blinked behind a pair of glasses, eyes widening. "Uh... Hello?" The man's tone reminded Shinji of Professor Fuyutsuki's when he'd seen Shinji juggling cars with his Eva.
"Hello?" Shinji asked. "Where the heck am I?"
"You're in the TARDIS," the man replied, slowly pulling his glasses off.
"And uh... You are?" Shinji asked.
"The Doctor," he replied.
"Doctor Who?" Shinji asked. The Doctor blinked and shrugged.
"Just Doctor... How'd you get here?"
"I don't know," Shinji said. "I was... Well..."
"Hold on, just a tic," the Doctor said, pulling out a small, pen-like device that he pointed at Shinji, and waved over him a couple times. The device buzzed and glowed, the Doctor humming thoughtfully. He pulled his glasses back on and looked at Shinji with raised eyebrows.
"You've got a lot more memory than a normal human should. Let me guess... Time loop?"
"You could tell that?" Shinji asked in shock. The Doctor nodded.
"Yeah. You looked as though you expected to be somewhere else, not as though you were just yanked out of wherever you were and dumped here. People who do that tend to have a... Slightly different reaction."
"But that alone couldn't be enough information for you to figure out I'm in a time loop!" Shinji stated. The Doctor shrugged.
"You're right, it wasn't. The extra memory confirmed it though, as well as some residual temporal flux consistent with a self-contained time loop," the Doctor said. Shinji blinked, and looked around.
"So... I'm guessing you... Time travel in this thing?"
"Oh, you are a smart one!" The Doctor said with a smile. "Time and space, actually. I was just passing 2014 when I noticed a bit of a hiccup, knelt down to check it, and then, there you were!"
"Where exactly were you headed?" Shinji asked.
"Oh... 1390, lovely planet known as Yunta 8. Off to enjoy some fun in the sun. Well, suns technically."
"Could I come along?" Shinji asked.
"Want a break from looping, do we?" The Doctor asked. Shinji nodded enthusiastically.
"Yeah... And you can just bring me back to when I was supposed to get off at the train station, right?"
"I suppose... Would like to know a bit more about you though...?"
"Shinji Ikari," Shinji replied. The Doctor frowned, checked his TARDIS console... And then whistled.
"Oh my... All right, you most definitely can tag along."
Shinji grinned. This loop was already starting to look up...
