Because they all have to start somewhere....
Shinji blinked as the doors closed behind him. ôOkay,ö he muttered, ôwe learned something today.
ôDonÆt pee in the Reiquarium. They really donÆt like it,ö he said shivering. He was definitely not going to visit them for a few Loops. ôAnd I thought Kaoru was grabby.ö
Sighing, he looked around. Same abandoned streets in front of the abandoned train station, with no real warnings that a giant being of death would be there in an hour. The only thing missing was darkness and some zombies to complete that Resident Evil feeling.
So, he could stay here and wait for Misato to show up à orà
ôScrew it,ö he said with a smile. ôæOrÆ is always more fun.ö With that, he crossed the street and headed towards a shop he needed.
<hr>
ôI canÆt believe IÆm so damned late!ö whined Misato, as her car sped along the deserted highway between Tokyo-3 and Tokyo-2. You would think that the boyÆs ticket would have carried him all the way to Tokyo-3. They did have a rail station there after all. What was the whole point of dropping him off so many miles away?
ôWhat the hell?ö she muttered, spotting a figure coming her direction in the oncoming lane.
It was someone on a motorcycle, that much was certain. It wasnÆt the uncommon to see them after all.
They werenÆt wearing a helmet; that much was also certain, as she could make out an unprotected head and face as their distance decreased.
They were also standing up on the bikeÆs seat, arms spread, and howling in joy, as the boy sped past her.
ôWhat the hell is that civilian doing?ö she yelled. YouÆd think the JSSDF would do something about insane people running about. It was like they saw the AngelÆs attack as a way to weed out the imbeciles.
And then it hit her.
ôTHATÆS THE COMMANDERÆS SON!ö she yelled, as her foot slammed on the brakes.
ôKING OF THE WORLD!ö came the boyÆs yell as he ærodeÆ towards Tokyo-3.
