While i admit Initial D has its various faults as far as plot is concerned. And there are better manga out there. To me it's the best thing since sliced bread.. I've been reading it since i was like...7

And it isnt' the only racing manga out there anyway. Wangan Midnight, OverRev, Shakotan Boogie, Countach and some about MotoGp..

Anyway this is off topic.

Kanokon + Gurren Lagann...

Why mention Berserk and not Claymore?
Because Claymore, while very good, is classified as shonen manga. Doesn't have enough mature themes or something to qualify as a seinen manga.

Now if we were to judge the seinen/shonen issue with Go Nagai's first work as a comparative model, some of seinen manga we know of (Trigun, Tenjou Tenge, etc.) could be classified as shonen. Standards since the late '60s have changed, but this still would not discount Black Lagoon or Hellsing as seinen series.

Tenjho Tenge as Shounen?

wtf are you on? That's pretty hardcore Seinen. Its got full frontal nudity, some pretty brutal forms of fighting. Lots of blood and gore. DETAILED gore I might add. The themes behind the manga are much more mature than Shounen, and lastly, I highly doubt Oh Great! would aim a martial-arts story of that degree at young boys. That's what Air Gear is for, though that teeters between shounen and seinen from time to time too.

As odd as this is going to sound, but.....

I finished reading through the Genshiken manga about a week or two ago, and my thought instantly went to Lucky Star's Izumi Konata....

How well would Konata fit in with the Genshiken group? It'd obviously have to be set before Madarame and the others graduated.

It may seem like a lame Idea, but it would not leave me a alone till I posted this thing up on the net and got it off my chest.

Strangely, this next idea was inspired by the 100th episode of Mythbusters. That's their MacGyver special.

Basically, what would happen if MacGyver somehow ended up in Roanipur? How would he escape, and who would he have run into from his past? Most importantly, what would happen if he met Rock and the Lagoon Company?

I'm putting my money on epic laughs and action. There should be gratuitous use of tube socks, duct tape, and the inevitable Swiss Army Knife.

..Since Black Lagoon was mentioned earlier...

Roberta manages to survive her own rampage again the U.S army (If she gets killed off in canon...) and wins, just before Balalaika's army arrives.

It took however Revy, Eda, Shenshua and Sawyer to try and take her down, and it still didn't work. She breaks both Shenshua's arms, put's another hole in Revy and nearly split Sawyer's leg in two.

Garcia shoots her and puts her in a critical state, she keeps falling in and out of a comatose state.

She goes into a coma for four months. Going through memories of her FARC missions and training. She knows that she defected but doesn't know why. When she does wake up she only remembers brief flashes of her massacre and her time at the Lovelace estate.

But she's still in a psycho homicidal state and attacks the first person she sees. Rock. And holds him hostage. And goes on another psycho rampage, fully believing she didn't kill her own benefactor from Colombia. She keeps having the same hallucinations and keeps taking to people who aren't there.

That nothing she's ever believed is true and everyone is an enemy. Everyone.

Garcia manages to calm her down somehow.. after she destroys Lagoon company and a good portion of Roanapur.

Until her memory fully returns she has flash backs of her time training in Cuba and the Lovelace estate.

...That's a rough image.

So... everyone gets raped. What next?

(remember, anime women, even armed ones, get massive penalties to their saves vs. tentacle rape. And if they are Japanese or schoolgirls, or both, they autofail.)

Most of the (recent named protagonist) Claymores have been doing well against canonical tentacled critters.

And would that stop them even if there did get raped?

Well, actually, I was thinking more about the reactions of the Shikima (or their human relatives) to the Awakened Ones and vice versa. And, of course, whether or not they'd even want to rape the Claymores. We know something about their appearance under those clothes is a boner killer.

Needless to say, this would be a crack fic.

Dude, a Shikima will hit anything with a hole and a pulse, and the latter isn't always needed. Outright stated in LBG canon, both by Miko and (in a more direct way) by King Seikima.

A few scars aren't going to stop a Shikima.

And besides, Claymore tentacle demons are out to KILL them, not RAPE them. BIIIIIIG difference.

Suppose that instead of getting a Death Note, Light meets C.C., and gets Lulu's Geass. Assume that its still set in more-or-less modern Japan. The Shinigami would be a non-factor, although there would likely be other people with a Geass, and a few with a Code.

His plans would move much more slowly, and L would have a MUCH larger headache.

Speaking of Death Note. What would be the significance if Takada gained her DN before Raito? But instead of showing off, she kept it to herself and never used it, at least until the right time comes and it's beneficial to her. She is alot less hesitant than Raito and would do anything that benefits her immediately.

Because of the circumstances she moved to another city, another school. The same school Raito goes to. During the time she and Raito are together they get close to each other, seeing as they are the only people they really tolerate or would even bother dating.

Then Raito gets his DN and Kira shows up. Takada becomes interested in the Kira thing, because she knows it's someone with a Death Note. And agrees with Kira somewhat due to past experiences.

She just happens to be there to witness her boyfriend go semi-psycho when L challenges him for the first time.

With this realization she comes up with a plan to meet Kira and get him on her side.

Cue them screwing each other's brain out when L has the cameras in Raito's room.

Thoughts?

I'm not sure if they would watch or not.

I have to imagine L saying 'This decreases the chances of him being Kira to near 1 percent but I must add 100 manpoints for scoring that chick'

Of course he would watch, it's part of the investigation. He must monitor him at all times.

And Souchiro would go mad with worry ,seeing his son doing such things. Like him and Takada looking through a porn magazine for things to do..

OK, here's one..A Zatch Bell crossover...
Brago chuckled at Sherry Belmont's attire. It looked straight out of a medeival book...one made by some kind of perv, anyway. The fact she had a whip only made him laugh more.
"Cut it out, Brago....I KNOW this looks silly, but it's what my ancestor Sonia wore when she fought Dracula....Which I must do now. Coming?
"Of *snicker* course, mistress..."
...Yep, a Zatch Bell croosover with Castlevania. When I learned Sherry's last name was Belmont, this hit me. Basically, Sherry has to fight Drac, and the Zacth Bell crew gets dragged along for the ride!

Kallen Kozuki from Code Geass. With her hot-blooded fighting style, she'd make an awesome main pilot for Gurren, much better than Rossieu. Plus she was born to pilot a Super Robot, which the Guren Flight-Enabled Version seems very close to. That mid-air link up with the power-up parts in R2 was very GAR, as well as the way the Guren Flight-Enabled Version posed right after the mid-air repair and upgrade, plus the music made me think "Super Robot Guren Mark 2"
