Rather than reading through pages of threads to check for this, I'll just ask a question here.

Has a Neuro/AMG crossover been considered? I think it would be... interesting... to see those two series play off each other.

Great Teacher Onizuka/Tenjou Tenge cross

What if Onizuka got a job at Tohdoh Academy? I don't think he would tolerate the overall lack of interaction between students and staff, and his fighting abilities should keep him from getting killed...

Thoughts?

Considering that Onizuka can take punishment on a level that exceeds Bunshichi (he of the car fisting)... xD

It'd be totally whacky, since anything involving O.E. is whacky, but still. Can you imagine him being all WTF at boobalicious Maya becoming lolicious whenever he tries to get a handful of that cleavage?

Until I see someone in TjTg get up and kick ass after having LIFE THREATENING BRAIN SURGERY - on a motorcycle, no less - I'm going to consider Onizuka a whole lot tougher than anyone in TjTg... including Kujirai.

Okay, first off, how many of you know the manga 'Monster'?

...

All here? Good.

Now, how many of you know Phoenix Wright?

Good, all there.

Four words for you:

Johann Liebert, Ace Attorney.

I recommend killing yourself rather than being in court with him. It will probably save you a lifetime of nightmares. :evil2:

Extra points if he's a DEFENSE attorney. He will get his client acquitted, all right... but he makes no guarantees for his mental stability afterwards. :evil2: :evil2:

YOU EVIL BASTARD.

I need to get a special image to use after your posts, to sum up the horror your ideas usually inflict on me.

I like the idea, but in order to "get it" I'd need to see more than the idea. So write it, then let's see what we think.

I think that he might run out of prosecuters and/or judges.

Possibly on accident.

Okay, having just played Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. the Soulless Army, I just had the weirdest idea.
Sakura Taisen. I have no clue on how well these would interact, especialy as I've only read a volume or two of the manga.
But the time period seems he same at least, which is about what? 1920ish? They both fight demons, they're both spiritualy aware, the big difference is the method. One uses mecha, the other demons. No clue where to take this beyond the basic premise, but I know that there are games behind the Sakura Taisen series, and figured that it'd be best to ask people who are knowledgeable about it, before coming up with something that wouldn't work.

EDIT of clarification +2: I'm proposing a cross between Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army and Sakura Taisen.

The time period is completely fake, if you check it online, but yeah, it's 1920 or so.

thanks for the time comment, (There is no Taisho year 20!), but what I wanted was more of an idea. My Sakura Taisen knowledge sucks, and I'm not sure how compatible these two are, so I'm looking for people who know both well enough to say 'impossible' or 'plausible'.

40K / Hellsing crossover.
Alucard getting thrown into the wh40k universe.
If you were to throw him into Wh40K, he'd probably be considered a Greater Daemon Prince (or minor Warp God) by all of the varies groups there. I'ld imagine that Chaos would learn to run from him (well, 'cept the Khorne worshippers), the Imperium would curse him, the Eldar would all try to steer him in certain directions (and failing a good half of the time), the Necrons would be smashed like porcelain dolls, and the Orks, they'd have the best and most enjoyable fight of their lives (diz guyz fun! WAAAGH!).
(from an older hellsing/potter thread at alternate history forums AlienSpaceBats section )

Were there any such fics? (If so were they any good?)

And I don't know the first thing about the other two games, check wikipedia and remember that 55% of the people who write Eva fics these days probably never saw a single ep.

@greemean. I honestly don't know why no-one has ever thought of this. I normally disapprove of mixing Western games with Anime, but this works on a rather distressing level.

Taisho 20 would have been... 1931, which was in fact Showa 6(Taisho 1= 1912; Sakura Taisen 1 begins on Taisho 11, IIRC).

EDIT: A cursory check of one of the Sakura Taisen 1 artbooks show the game begins on 1923(Taisho 12), between April and June, given the ages and dates of birth of the main characters(probably begins on mid-April).

Regarding compatibility, the Sakura Taisen world seems to be quite similar to ours(the abundance of steam-powered craft and the presence of monsters excepted); it doesn't look like crossing the settings would be a problem, as long as the Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army is similar to the real world as well.

Yeah, it's pretty similar, aside from the cyborg Rasputin running around, demons casually showing up all over the place to chill in bars and whatnot (I'm not even joking) and people turning into monsters and eviscerating other people.

...okay, maybe not THAT similar, but close enough! :p

InuyashaxFushigi Yuugi: Genbu Kaiden

In 1923, School girl Takiko Okuda wasn't able to take her father's copy of the Universe of the Four Gods. Instead to mourn for mother's passing and to get away from Oosugi-San after her rejection she goes to a nearby shrine. Where she encounters a bizarre well and a even stranger land beyond it.

Takiko is a miko just like Kagome so she'd also be able to take out Inuyasha's arrow. Without the Shikon no tama, Inuyasha would have no reason to attack her and probably be grateful that she freed him. Takiko is also competant enough with naginata that she was able to fight evenly with Inami even when the other was using her power. So she's at least as strong as Sango.

It'd be fun if the Shikon no tama did return back to the Feudal Era through other otherways or Genbu interfering because his Miko was in danger or try to forcefully pull into the Universe of Four Gods.

Plus I'd love to see her in Inuverse.

Hrrmm... since Kagome's Shikon no Tama was from the FUTURE... doesn't that mean that there is a PAST version of it?

Wasn't it buried with Kikyo's body or something, and eventually came to be in Kagome's shrine and such...?

So the story can revolve around the Jewel that is still in the past...

Or somebody could think that Takiko could be used to CREATE *another* Jewel...

Or some demons and/or people may get interested in the girl from the future and the time-traveling thing...

The story doesn't necessarily have to be about the Jewel. Or about the time-travel aspect of it.

You could have her end up earlier, or later, in the Inuyasha timeline. Write a story about the times of Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru's father. Or have Takiko arrive after the canon ending of Inuyasha. Or have her arrive sometime during the adventures, if you don't want her to replace Kagome..

It was burned with Kikyou and reborn inside Kagome. It seems to convienent for Takiko to be another reincarnation of Kikyo considering she's the destined miko of Genbu and was never meant to go into Inuverse.

If anything Rin has more of a right to be another reincarnation of Kikyou then Takiko does. If anything I'd like to the Inuverse without the shikon no tama.

Personally I love the concept of Takiko replacing Kagome because she's a excellent alternative.

Just look at the parallels.

She's essentiallly Kagome but much more sympathetic. She's sensitive, headstrong and isn't afraid of getting into a fight.

Or it could be easily said that Inuverse is in fact just another part of the Universe of Four Gods. Then Kutou would have to try to kill a miko under the protection of a demon and that's a bad end unless you include Seiryuu's Shichiseishi.

I've been reading Flame of Recca, and something came to mind. What if, when forming the Uruha, Kurei, suspecting Recca was alive, used Mori Koran's resources to find and recruit him?

:D I'd like to think that he'd run over the zombie vice principle with his own Cresta.

Combining the two, the poor Cresta's would probably resurrect from the junk heap and go after him.

It would summon all of its brothers who had died because of him as well.
