Okay. New update for Connecting the Dots, a Naruto/DCAU cross that started with promise, but is getting progressively worse. This is the last chance I'm giving the fic. If this update sucks, I'm going to forever ignore it.

*takes a deep breath* Here I go.

Edit: Okay. The chapter has kept my interest enough so I have not abandoned it...yet. I'm not sure whether I should be happy that the chapter's fairly decent, or dread that I liked it enough that I'm willing to read the next chapter.

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend any good fics with Jason Todd in it? Perferably one that is mostly happy and has a JasonxDonna pairing but really any would work.

Heheheheheh... My friend, you've come to the right place. For a starters, I'd like to suggest all the stories from <a href='http://www.fanfiction.net/u/41432/Silver_Spider' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>Silver Spider</a>. Also, there's the community on LiveJournal. Among the Yaoi, there are good fics. One in particular is a consequence of another yaoi one. After Supes gets frisky with Batman, Lois gets coguar with Jason.

And yeah I know of Silver Spider. It was his writing that got me interested in the fics in the first place.

It's different. Damn, it's different. Reagan is the President, Jonathan Kent's story is pretty much over by the time the story begins, and Jor-El came along with his son. Although it's a bit short, I think it's a must-read.

In my own humble opinion, of course.

Kal-El wasn't the only survivor. Jor-El followed along. It's pretty damn good. Way too short though.

You're right. I guess I was a bit too vague. Editing it now.

I edited the post. More information about the story, but not so much as to spoil the plot.

Another Superman fic (or in this case Smallville) by Sarah1281, called <a href='http://www.fanfiction.net/s/7080081/1/Cheating_Destiny' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>Cheating Destiny.</a>

Synopsis: 1st season Clark Kent gets sent to the future in his 25+ year-old body, panics and contacts Lex, who has regained his memories but hasn't told anyone. Lex then gives Clark information about the future before finding a way to send him back. Thus once Clark returns to his own time he contacts his friends (Lana, Lex, Chloe and Pete) to tell them his secret and what he learned from Lex in the future.

Okay, so far much of the fic is just Clark explaining his friends' various futures. Most of the humor, though, comes from everybody's reactions, and you can see just how absurd much of Smallville really is. Not much plot yet, but so far it's pretty hilarious.

Also, several of the characters actually mention the phrase "reverse peggy sue", which is a great bit of lampshade hanging. Also they don't reference the Tvtropes page, but the movie where the term came from. Also Lampshade hanging about how Lex, after living in Smallville for 7 years, is completely unsurprised that something like this could be happening. A Genre savvy Lex. Who would've thought...

YMMV, though.
