I DARE somebody to make a fic with this premise. Rini Tsukino (Chibi-usa to those who can't stomach the dub. I use the english name since the concept of Little Rabbit is a bit insulting after a certain age) plays the last Princess of Octopan who seeks the Treasures of Rule before Diamond (i.e Prince Diamond of Nemisis).

Usagi couldn't sleep. She was still hung up about the Black Swordsman's appearance and the massive strength that that last youma had possessed for no apparent reason. She just sat on her bed and wrung her hands nervously, trying to think about what the hell she's going to do now. Luna was lying down on a pillow, watching her princess sink into despair.
"I don't understand it, Luna. The youma aren't THAT strong. What could have changed? The enemy is still Metallia possessing Beryl, isn't it?"
"Metallia? That being attempted to possess Beryl, yes, but..."
Usagi perked up and stared at the moon cat, her eyes wild with a combination of terror and anticipation. "But WHAT?"
"But it was dispelled when an artifact she was carrying activated and summoned something... Dark. Something so profoundly evil that it consumed every bit of Metallia and used its power to fuel its own arrival.
I'm not entirely sure what happened afterwards, it all happened so fast. Within hours, the entirety of the Moon Kingdom had been destroyed by unknown monsters. Queen Serenity was killed the moment she initiated the emergency protocols that would consume her soul and all of the Silver Crystal's power in order to seal the enemy forces inside another dimension for 10,000 years."
That wasn't right. There had been an actual war, and the generals of the armies had turned traitor and it sure as hell wasn't over in a few HOURS! What the FUCK?!
"That's insane. What the hell did that artifact summon, Baal?" Usagi only knew of Baal because of Ranma, who described him as a drinking buddy that just happened to be a universal force of utter destruction. If Beryl had somehow called HIM up...
"I believe that the attackers referred to themselves as servants of 'Godhand' if that means anything to you."
SHIT! SHIT SHIT SHIT! That name meant something to Usagi. That was one of the organizations Ranma had listed off as being 'Really Really Fucking Dangerous' and the only one that he actually seemed to fear. No fucking WONDER why the youma were stronger! They weren't just little crapsacks made by Metallia's power, they were full fledged demons!
"Luna. I want you to know something."
"What?"
"I know that name. That is a very very bad name. It means that, collectively, the Sailor Senshi are utterly, utterly, utterly fucked. Those are, quite possibly, the worst opponents we could ever have the cursed fortune of facing."
Usagi got out of bed and somehow managed to change into Sailor Moon without a flashy henshin sequence. Before Luna could ask her how the fuck she did that, the moon cat was tucked under an arm and feeling the wind in her fur as Usagi put all her strength into running as fast as she possibly could.
"Princess! What in the world are you DOING?!"
"The powers of the Sailor Senshi aren't going to be worth a damned thing in this situation. If we're even going to survive, I'm going to need to find out how to draw out the rest of my arsenal. There's only one man who can help me with that."
"W-w-w-WHAT!? Princess, you're not making any SENSE! Where are you even GOING?!"
"Karakura Town. I need to pick up a few things. I just hope the right store is there."

If you're referring to the artifact known as the God Hand, then That's Good because Gene is a Good Guy.
The ORGANIZATION known as Godhand scares the holy living shit out of everyone not named Kenpachi Zaraki and for good reason: They're the antagonists of Berserk. That right there is more than enough reason to run the fuck away from them.

And by enough power, do you mean the power to destroy the world and all life on it? Like certain senshi and villains?
Or the ability and power to slay a demon queen that was "born" from the sun and whose awakened presence causes natural disasters (but I could be wrong, SeiyaxUsagi is the one who would know better), resurrect the entire world, turn back time, travel across the galaxy? Like a certain senshi.
Mind you, the traveling across the galaxy wasn't JUST Sailor Moon, other senshi could apparently do it, like the Starlights and such.
While I can not stand Berserk because it's just that bad a manga.... I honestly don't think anything from it would have that level of power. Because if it did... grimdark manga about a wandering swordsman would be about a dead man and there'd be no story.

Actually the whole fight with Metallia was pretty damn short in both versions. Mangaverse Usagi had the problem of a sealed Ginzuishou stopping her but ended Metallia the second it was no longer unsealed.
Animeverse Usagi just needed to fully use the power of the Ginzuishou to stop her. The only problem in the anime was the fact the Ginzuishou kills the user when she uses it.

The God Hand seem to be on the level of the Greater Daemon Princes of Warhammer is that's any help.
For reference a lesser daemon not sure if she was prince or not was casually discussing recolouring the sky pink because blue is dull in one novel.
And wondering if SeiyaxUsagi or biigoh could answer a question that's been bugging me is Usagi a Reality warper or something else.

Usagi isn't a reality warper. She just can revive and destroy in massive levels. She revived a galaxy and was the only thing Chaos needed to get enough power to take over the universe. She's implied to have once been apart of the SM Goddess.
OTOH Neo-Queen Serenity is apparenty able to make time and space her bitch without the ginzuishou, considering she was able to send her power a thousand years back in time to help Usagi and reincarnate someone backwards in time.
If you believe in the theory Sailor Cosmos is Usagi's future self than she eventually becomes the senshi with the power of the universe backing her.
In terms of physical power first arc Usagi in the manga (without the ginzuishou) had enough leg strength that a single jump from her could launch herself into space.
