Steam Summer Sale

Bought the STALKER pack, Frozen Synapse and received Magicka as a gift. Looking seriously at Space Pirates and Zombies to round it all out. Pretty good haul this year.

Going to have a LOT of fun with STALKER. I've been thinking for a while that it makes for a perfect descriptor of what Fallout Russia would be like.

This is a new feeling...I didn't buy a single game this time around. Everything I wanted I had from previous sales, so there were no stand out must haves this time around.

A friend of mine got me on Steam on the second day of the sale, I bought something like 10 games, which is more than I had in the past four years combined. It all cost me ~40 dollars at most, which is... lovely. Dino D-Day is a real treat, and I got Beat Hazard for something like 3 cents (or 3.75, either/or). Lovely deals!

The funny thing is humble bundle tends to wait until the sale is half over then adds 2 to 5 more games for paying the average, boosting the sales involved. So watch it and if you don't like what they have thus far wait 5 days and more will arrive.

The added game they did was Saints Row. Do you think they'll add more?

Also, Totalbiscuit is ranting about how PC gamers are scum because the Humble Bundle average is 5.69. Bitch, like console gamers wouldn't pay that little if given the option of set your own price?

He is a little bitch, we get just about everything else free on the comouter.

Movies, games, mods for games, music, porn, software, books, anime, skies the limit when ya torrent it.

Paying for anything is optional when it comes to owning a computer.

But Saint's Row appeared from the beginning.

Ever since humble bundle 2 they have added more games to the deal once the timer has hit the halfway point. Could be 2 to 5 more games could be an Art book, don't know but I'm near certain that it is going to happen.

I have Titan Quest. It's actually surprisingly decent.

Titan Quest was nicknamed Diablo 3 for a few years between its release and when the real deal dropped. Now it's called the REAL Diablo 3 in some circles.

Surprisingly the bundle has just added <a href='http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=sFld0XZ7gzc' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War - Game of the Year Edition</a> on top of the other with just 2 days remaining.

Bought Arkham Asylum, dunno if I want Arkham City I still haven't finished even started playing the first one.

In other news, <a href='http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PlqoAeIbJrk' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>I Am Alive</a>, fuck yes its on the Flash deals for $5.00. If you like survival games or anything with post-apocalyptic themes this is THE game to get.

As of now, 6 hours and 26 minutes left.
