207) NOTICE: Due to the ... abnormal increase in wardrobe malfunctions occurring across the campus, management has decreed an increase in tuition fees by 12%. This is to offset the cost of spare clothing that has to be maintained around the campus
207A) ADDENDUM: Due to hygiene issues, spare underwear (of ANY form) will NOT be provided. Management regrets inconvenience caused by this and will redirect all complaints to the newly formed "Underwear/Bra club"
208) Regardless of season, ALL personnel are demanded to cover AT LEAST 70% of their skin while wearing "normal" clothes.
208A) If, due to an accident, you lose your exterior clothing, it is expected that your underwear covers at least 20% of your skin, ESPECIALLY the important parts.
208B) To enforce above rules, Happosai has been employed and is granted permission to conduct "pat-down" searches among those females who are suspected to have broken said rules.
