Umi no Misaki

The series is still ongoing... it's just that it is not as popular as a couple other manga series that are out there. *cough*idiotninjias*cough*superpoweredflashydeathgods*cough* B)
The best way to keep track of this series is to keep an eye on this topic - new chapters come out every two weeks, with an occasional bye week, sometimes resulting in a month between chapters (thankfully not too often). <_<
In fact, it is that lack of public attention that pushed me to set up this topic, so that more people will read this outstanding story. You have to admit, there are very few stories (especially harem stories) that turn out like this one; the author's previous work, Ai Yori Aoshi, is the closest but there are still some major differences. ^_^

This chapter could have also been called 'Two Heartbeats' - this is a bad thing for Nagi. B)

Two pieces of good news after this long drought...
First, for the people that collect the tankobons, Volume 9 is coming out February 28, and as you may already know, the author/artist of the series sometimes changes pictures and scenes, usually to spectacular effect, not to mention the color cover and some extra pages. You also get clearer pictures than from the scanned magazine pages. Go to Solaris-SVU and the UnM section for a example. Buying the tankobon also sends a signal to the publishers that people are into the series, therefore increasing the chances of the series being produced into an anime series.
Second, MangaFox has an free Android app available on Marketplace that allows you to read your favorite manga on your smartphone. This further reduces the time from when you read about the update here ^_^ and when you can actually read the chapter. Plus, you can keep up with your other favorite mangas that you follow on that fine website during that elusive free time throughout your day.
