The Riddler sets out to destroy the one man who defeats his riddles with even more ease than his nemesis Batman... Professor Herschel Layton.

Not really an idea, but a scene that just makes me smile.

Peter Parker, having kept Venom as a sort of slightly homicidal pet slash cool new suit, goes to visit the fantastic four when it starts acting strange.

Reed takes a sample and goes off to check it out while Johnny and Peter talk.

Richards comes back in.

"Well Peter, I know what is wrong with your suit. It's pregnant."

"Huh?! It's a she?"

"What is more, you are probably the father. Congratulations."

Johnny gives Peter an odd look. "I know we talked about hot alien chicks before, but this is kinda pushing the limit man."

"But...wha....huh?!" Peter stammers.

Ben finally puts his two cents in. "Say, remember that pool we were running? Guess Petey is the winner after all. As a new father, he'll probably need the money." He laughed.

Some time later, when commiserating with other heroes and their problems with the costumes they wear.

"Well if you think that's bad, I knocked up my suit and then had to go and destroy most of the resulting bloodthirsty brood. My suit still gives me grief over that."

All the other heroes look at him.

"Spider-man...what the hell? Seriously, what the hell."

At least it saves on child support.

Since there seems to be no thread for questions about comics, I'll ask this here.

Do we ever know for certain what the Waynes were seeing before they got murdered? It seems to change with various adaptions. In BTAS it's The Gray Ghost. In the older Batman movies I think it was Zorro, and in Batman Begins it was some generic play I can't remember the name of. What about the comics? or are they just as vague?

Fairly certain it defaulted to "The Mask of Zorro" more then a few times in comics

Zorro is the default, but as the years go on, it changes, Grey Ghost being an example... although, give maybe a few years, and he could've been watching the Pokemon Movie.

What if Uncanny Avengers is a Black Op project by Scott Summers to infiltrate the Avengers and government agencies to swipe government data on projects like project Neverland and Mastermould. What if he would then use the data to perform surgical strikes against the heads/former heads of those projects ending with the Avengers: Decimation and X-men: America's Most Wanted.

You know, Loki is a jotun, or troll. Think about that. Then think about the modern meaning of the word "troll."During the the age of the Internet, the term "troll" has taken on a whole new meaning: a person who sows chaos and discord (sometimes For Great Justice, sometimes For the Lulz), which is Loki's raison d'Ûtre.

But wait, it gets better: trolls are known for "flaming" others, and guess what color Loki's hair is? Here's a hint: one of his many titles is "Flame-Hair." Bow before your god, all ye Internet trolls.

Oh, and in the myths, Thor defeated trolls with his hammer. Nowadays, admins defeat trolls with the banhammer.

Instead of Steve Trevor, Wonder Woman's boyfriend is <a href='http://marvel.wikia.com/Captain_America_%28Steven_Rogers%29' target='_blank' rel='nofollow'>Steve Rogers</a>. Think about it.

(Yes, I know that they're from different companies, but there's no shortage of crossovers, even official ones, between their continuities.)

That could be an awesome pairing because lets face it Steve would be willing to stand up to Wonder Woman if he feels it is necessary. At the same time though what happens if they feel to similarly about a problem that needs to be eliminated.

A woman that knows nothing about men and a man stuck in in wrong century. It would be an interesting dynamic as the learn to adjust to the new world.

Not necessarily the wrong century, since they're both Golden Age heroes (Cap was first published in March, 1941, WW in January, 1942, So Cap crashing on/near Paradise Island in place of Steve Trevor is plausible).

Not a good idea. The Wonder Woman of that time period was written during a time that any man who set foot on the island would be killed. I'm pretty sure the new version of the Amazons is much worse.

There are some retcons that make them more or less insane, in the '40s. I think Steve Trevor originally crashed on a nearby island, so that works.

That could be tricky. Steve had a team back then. Most wouldn't be a problem. But Namor was one of them. He'd either tell them to go into the kitchen or onto his bed.

Well, that could have an interesting result.

For some reason I suddenly remember an old oneshot on FFN. Lex Luthor hears about another alien saving people and being a hero. Super strength, nigh invulnerability, flight, black hair and a definite do-gooder, it sounds like there's another blasted Kryptonian that will foil his plans. So he lures the alien into a trap, and ambushes the hero with a large chunk of Kryptonite.

Son Goku raises an eyebrow in confusion, backhands Lex Luthor into a wall, and flies off.

Random idea: the Marvel and DC universes get thrown together. Not fused, like Amalgam, just thrown together so all the DC heroes and Marvel heroes are in the same universe, and all the DC civilians and Marvel civilians are as well.

Hilarity ensues when the DC people form a pro-Mutant organisation, and the Marvel people try to force the DC heroes to join their slave-soldier Registration scheme.

Another, random idea: Following the events of Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, gets recruited by the Avengers Initiative when Loki invades via the Tesseract, and proceeds to grab Satan's son, and proceeds to mind-control him into producing a bunch of demonically-empowered, mind-controlled soldiers to assist the Chitauri invasion.
