Does anyone actually ever ask "Dr Who?" in the series. I think I've seen all the episodes from 2005 onwards, but I can't remember anyone ever asking the doctor that question.

The Daleks, in "Asylum of the Daleks" - the episode that introduced Clara.

Watching the Daleks asking "Doctor Who?" repeatedly, as The Doctor just smiled slowly, was funny as hell. Also, very satisfying.

Agreed that suit would have made his run much less painful. I still don't particularly like it but it's not offensive.
