I think he's talking about the filler chakra vampire that gained power from kisses.
And the wannabe mermaid back in Part 1.

Plus Naruto's gotten crushed on by the Daimyo of Vegetables.

And my estimation was along with the movies, where Naruto practically gets a girl every movie.

It was still a kiss.
It wasn't his first kiss though. Also, canon > filler. So by that definition, Naruto's still gay.
I wasn't aware that Naruto wanted to kiss Sasuke. Please point where this is indicated in the manga.
Probably within the first ten to fifteen chapters. There's your point.
I am afraid that there are only signs pointing to the opposite. Would you like to admit that you are wrong?
But that's so much work!

Yes.

I'm still biased against the failure his character has become though.

It's not Naruto's fault his character design is being altered after its creation.

Next filler episode has Konohamaru vs Temari.

I don't even know what to think anymore.

It sounds awesomly terrible.

Having pictures that move. SORCERY
The anime doesn't have moving pictures. What it does have is several dozen pictures per second.

Which translates to moving pictures in our brains; your argument is invalid.

No it isn't. Pictures flickering in and out really fast still isn't actual movement of pictures. If you wanted real sorcery you'd want Harry Potter verse pictures

What if that Devil was one of WGOK Devils, could you resist even then?!

As the title says, moments when you thought that the anime improved, enhanced, or just did more than the manga (besides the fact that it was in color and motion).
I already said that in my OP. Did no one bother to read it?

Speaking of Kakashi, making a whole episode about the face underneath the mask.

EDIT: Also, that clip of maniac Sasuke laughing. Perfection.

Neji vs Naruto, Chunin Exams, really well animated

Sound Four fights, but especially Neji's, you can feel the pain he's suffering.

A lot of the fight scenes. Oddly animated or not, most of them are still much extended and more interesting than their manga counterparts.

Voices. Obviously, the manga can't give us the characters' voices, which adds to a character's personality.

Fleshing out minor characters. Filler may be annoying, but they give far more insight into the personalities of the minor characters than the manga ever will.

Actually, I'm not certain the anime actually fleshes out the minor characters. With the exception of filler-only characters, it would be more of the studio's interpretation of the minor characters.
