What manhwa are you reading?

How funny of a coincidence, I finished reading Volume 20 last week.

Apparently the author is supposed to be releasing English translations commercially within a year or so, which is why japtem stopped at Volume 20.

Also, let me say that Geihar von Arpen is one of the most badass names I've ever heard of and I could only wish to come up with something as badass sounding myself (I'm pronouncing it using German pronunciation of course given the 'von' particle in there)

I'm reading Cavalier of the Abyss, a sequel to the Immortal Regis. Mostly it's about new characters and how the main character from the previous series managed to screw over all of them, up to driving one of his sons into committing suicide by killing his mother in front of him, and incest-subtext since we can't tell who is related to who...seriously, that's the main mystery here.

It's not. Anymore at least. Nin and Siana are twins and Xix isn't Nex or Serin's kid, with the ability to break the seal coming from when he took Siana's heart. That's pretty straight forward.

Also it's more like Caladbolg screwed over everybody in order to screw over Nex since he's the only one who's actually fighting against him and the Night (plus some weird yandere subtext).

It's worth noting that Nex is still the protagonist--Xix is the deuterologist whose perspective lets us see how much Jae-Hyuk has changed before exploring how much the changes have affected him as well.

And yeah, Ninoorta and Siana are twins, Serin fled with Xix for an unknown reason (possibly she was set up), the queen raised Ninoorta as her own son because she was crazy, Xix is NOT Nex's son but absorbed Nex's blood when he tore out Siana's heart.

Oh and because Jae-Hyuk stopped trusting people he compounded the ridiculously awful situation he's in. Pretty funny in my opinion.

EDIT: And yeah, Caladbolg is fucking CRAZY. I think Depore might have had a hand in this though.

Two new chapters of it are out, but I'm not seeing Caladbolg (at least not Cal) as being crazy. When the fragment possessed Rana, definitely.

Girls of the Wild 183.

A new girl joins the race!

Dere!Queen is best Queen. Also, fuck yeah, DalDal. I see it being a short fight, but good on you for throwing down the gauntlet. This shit is better than daytime soap-operas.

I don't think I was that far when I last read it. I haven't dropped it, though; I just don't have the motivation to read it right now, which might be worse.

That's just wrong, man....

And to be frank, Jaegu shouldn't even be in the market for anyone, given his trust issues with women and stuff. That shit don't magically just disappear... well, not unless you got a ship to be sailing. <_<
