Soooooo, anyone else find it uncomfortable how the pairing is basically Newbornx48 year old alien? Yeah, I'll let you all think on that
48 year old alien? You mean Megan?
They age 3 times as slow as humans
So you're judging her by human standards instead of her own species? ;)

She's mentally about 16 and looks the part.

Not seeing a problem here.

Oh, I'm not judging HER by any standards, just the whole Superboy being not even a year old

Again, he looks like a teenage boy, and acts like a(n awkward) teenage boy, which reduces the creep-factor to manageable levels.

So, new episode, and we get to see the fallout from 'Home Front'. Well done, too.

Particularly like their depiction of Captain Marvel, and the way Kaldur gets the team back together.

Kaldur needed to establish command, though the team should've been willing to hear him out in the first place. That said, they we're emotional afte a near disaster so I'll cut them some slack.

I must say, it's nice to see Superboy picking up pets left and right, first' the sphere' and now a 'Dire Wolf'. I'm going to have to go back and see if these are originaly pets, or parodys of/inspired by past pet's of Superman's. Oh and it seems Megan got through to him as far as boyfriend/teammate dynamic.

Overall an excellent episode and the series continues it's tradition of turning joke villains into valid threats.

Saw tonights episode; loved it. Was a bit disappointed by the lack of a Mark Hamill!Joker, but the current one ain't bad - pretty good actually. Loved the designs for the villains (except Atomic Skull), and was impressed that the producers actually went deep into DC's history to pull out Wotan - how many people today even know who he is? The last time I saw him was in an All-Star Squadron annual.

Question: Who was the flying purple-aura'ed chick? Was that Faith? Also, who was the black dude who caught the falling helicopter?

Things are starting to get really interesting...

Carol Ferris of the Sapphire Corps and Mr. Terrific, I think.

Wow....they sacrificed Ivey, Wotan, Skull, BLACK FREAKING ADAM, Vertigo and the Joker just to keep their operation hidden. I am impressed. To be fair Joker was the best sacrifice. They let him out to play, let him have his fun then made sure that the League locked him back up in his cage where he belongs. Joker is WAY to unstable to control, especially considering he was willing to kill everyone at the last moment.

A fantastic episode, and now we know who the real 'Injustic Gang' is, that it dosen't fill me with joy to have that information.

I just looked it up, Brent Spiner is the voice of the Joker. I always wondered wha would happen if his emotional chip went haywire....

... Whoa. They pulled charas out from the long-dead and mostly forgotten Milestone Comics imprint for this? Cool. I'd be even more impressed if they give them speaking roles.

The two of them were revived in the main DCU for a while.

So, Humanity came out. Generally good episode, quite fond of this Zatanna (and hoping she'll be allowed to come back), but rather disappointed by the fates of certain characters.

Mind you, there is the fact that they're robots, and Red Tornado was connected to them, so he could have backed up their software. So that fate could be rendered non-permanent in a plausible manner.

Is it just me, or does it seem like some people in the JLA are playing Magnificent Bastard games, not only with the Team, but with other JLA members? Black Canary's expression at some points, among other things, is something of an indicator.

EDIT: Just an FYI: The year on the flag doesn't necessarily mean that the date on the flashback is 1939, as those flags were simply not taken down. The 1939 World's Fair was still the 1939 World's Fair in 1940 and after, because it opened in 1939.

I hope Zatanna comes back. I am really liking her portrayal and design in the series.

Yep. Really enjoyed this episode. With Batman pretty much in charge of this team I was waiting for an episode like this. That said they handled themselves pretty well in the face of what they were up against.

Now this was a nice episode, they got out the character develoment, got in a lot of action, and revealed a new enemy. I'm impressed.

Black Canary's talk with Robin and Aqualad was very interesing. It seems Kaldur no longer wants the job, but knows the only other person who could handle it is far to young to have that burden placed upon their shoulders. Meanwhile Robin just realized that he dosen't WANT to be like his father figure.

I also like how this series is bringing back DC characters I'v never heard of before. Infinity Man....the Forever people....I had to hit wikipedia to figure that out.

I liked Miss Martian's little dialogue. Espically with the way she freaked out when Canary made the white comment.

Well, considering that she's a White Martian in the comics, maybe she's half white, or J'Onn is, if she's his niece at all (though if she isn't, they've already done that with Artemis, so it may come off as cheap).

So, just saw Secrets, and its pretty good. I suspect we'll be seeing both the villain and the girl again, though I specifically hope to see the girl again, as she was someone I've been hoping for since I knew the title of the series.

Given the last sight of her, seeing her again is not unlikely. Hoping to see more of Zatanna, as well. Was it my imagination, or is she in the opening credits, now?

Very funny B-plot, and interesting C-plot with Robin and the others.

Just watched 'Misplaced' on Youtube and it was awesome while also really tragic. I saw the end coming and I agree that we need the firepower but.....damn.

Episode 20.

Wally....I'm impressed. You solved that situation expertly in the end.

Oh yes, very. Wally is a smart guy, something that his impulsiveness often makes people forget.

I wonder if this Batman is paranoid enough to have a plan for 'Hugo Strange has been working for supervillains the whole time'.
