But where do the cyborg weapons come from???
I could understand if the bloodline originated with a ninja clan and they built their own armory to use with the power, but the Rinnegan is descended from a mindless tree monster and none of the tiny number of humans who have ever had the bloodline could have possibly created that technology.
Edit: Also something I noticed about the Asura Path that I found interesting. From the way it's described, you'd think you could use it as a kind of indirect regeneration. Replace injured body parts with new cyborg parts, or damaged cyborg parts with new cyborg parts (or even just recall the original flesh) and just keep on trucking like a terminator. But that doesn't seem to be the case. When Naruto trashed Asura Path, he didn't summon new mechanical parts to replace the destroyed ones (or recall his normal human organs), he just died.
Is that a limitation/weakness of the jutsu, or was Nagato not capable of using the power to it's fullest potential through a remotely controlled puppet?
